This spacious suite offers privacy and comfort while still giving you access to everything that makes Lake Norman special. With its own private entrance, guests can come and go freely while enjoying a quiet, relaxing stay.

The suite features:
• A private bedroom and full bathroom
• A separate sitting/dining area with table and chairs
• Hardwood flooring and updated furnishings throughout
• Direct access to the lakefront property

Set on a premier point lot, the property offers breathtaking sunrise and sunset views over Lake Norman—the kind that keep guests coming back year after year.

Enjoy full access to outdoor amenities, including:
• Dock with panoramic lake views
• 7-person hot tub overlooking the water
• Paddle board, canoe, 2 kayaks, and floats (located in the boathouse)

Please note: the boathouse is a separate structure and is not the suite.
For larger groups or additional guests, there is also a separate 1-bedroom apartment on the property (sleeps 4)—perfect for friends or family traveling together while maintaining privacy. The apartment may be rented with other guests during your stay.(VRBO Property #1076055)

Two friendly Golden Retrievers are also on the property.

Very peaceful and quiet, and probably among the very best, most expansive views on the entire lake. The room was larger than expected, very clean, and it had a large bathroom as well. Absolutely worthy of a five star rating.

Morning coffee on the veranda overlooking the lake was peaceful, and afternoon reading on the dock while the hubby fished and caught several was perfect. Our suite, situated on the point , gave a broad view of the lake and at night, all the lights twinkled around the shoreline. This was a very nice getaway.

This was our second stay at this property, and we didn't think it was possible to love it more! The weather was perfect, The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous, and the room was clean and comfortable. The views from the three large windows overlooking the lake are spectacular. The room has a private entrance but the hosts (lovely people!) are on property to take care of anything you might need. It's also in a very quiet neighborhood at the south end of a peninsula so there is no traffic to contend with and lots of opportunities to walk around quiet lakefront areas. Add to this that the cost is less than most hotel rooms overlooking a crowded parking lot, and you have perfection!
