Between Lavandou and Saint-Tropez, independent Mazet 2 floors (1 only joint ownership) in small residence with a wooded park with orange. Large 20m2 terrace with panoramic sea views and superb golf views of the islands of Levant, Port-Cros and Porqueroles.

Possibility of going to the beach on foot through the park, Private pedestrian access. The beach Canadel is a family beach, within 500 meters walk.

Entry into the private garden by a wooden gate. Shower after returning from the beach.
Large open kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Many kitchen accessories. Lounge with a 3 seater sofa and two armchairs. bay window with brick partition overlooking a large terrace with an electric awning, an outdoor table and chairs.
Upstairs, 1 Parent double room with sea view and plenty of storage, 1 garden view room with two bunk beds, a desk and a chest of drawers, 1 bathroom with shower with Italian, 1 separate toilet, and a mezzanine with a bed for a teenager.

Summer vacation

The proximity to the beach and the view from the terasse are great. The house itself is very nice and clean and has everything that is needed. Only the mosquitos did disturb us from time to time. We enjoyed the stay a lot. Many Thanks!

A very special little house

If I could give Sabine and her beautifully designed, bright and light house ten stars, I would. The bedroom upstairs has a view of the ocean. It is in a quiet enclave of houses, With a nice deck, great use of space, and updated appliances and kitchen. The couch and chais are comfortable, as is the bed. And the sheets have been pressed! A private getaway. I hope to return.

Le mazet est conforme en tous points Ă  l'annonce. La situation est top, la vue mer incroyable et l'accĂšs privatif pour aller Ă  la plage est super. Seul bĂ©mol nous concernant, le manque de climatisation. Nous avons eu des journĂ©es mais surtout des nuits caniculaires ce qui fait que nous avons laissĂ© les fenĂȘtres ouvertes et avons subit le bruit environnant.Un micro ondes serait un plus.Sinon le sĂ©jour fut trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cette magnifique rĂ©gion que nous connaissions dĂ©jĂ . Sabine est trĂšs disponible et nos Ă©changes furent agrĂ©ables et Marylise est adorable. Nous recommandons cet hĂ©bergement.

Super vacances

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans le mazet de Sabine. Idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage du Canadel avec 1 superbe vue mer de la terrasse et de la chambre parentale, le logement est parfaitement équipé en électroménager et adapté pour 1 famille avec 2 ou 3 enfants/ados. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

TrÚs agréable séjour au Canadel

Nous avons décidé pour cette année de retourner au Canadel et nous connaissions déjà la résidence. Par contre il s'agissait de notre premiÚre location du Mazet de Sabine et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Le logement est trÚs agréable, confortable et bien équipé. L'accueil était également parfait. La vue de la mer depuis la chambre est splendide et l'accÚs à la plage a seulement quelques minutes à pieds. En résumé, on aurait bien aimé prolonger notre séjour.

un seul regret.....

Nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement de la terrasse et de la vue à cause de l'infestation de moustiques jour et nuit. La nuit sans moustiquaire,difficile de gérer la température dans les chambres ... les moustiques se sont régalés.

Schönes HÀuschen in toller Lage

Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen in dem kleine. Reihen-Ferienhaus. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und Urlaub am Meer zu verbringen. Die fußlĂ€ufige Bucht mit Strand ist wunderbar um toll zum baden. Die StechmĂŒcken waren abends und nachts störend, konnten aber die Urlaubsfreude nicht wirklich trĂŒben!

Schönes kleines Haus in StrandnÀhe

Das Haus ist klein, aber fein, und hat aus unserer Sicht alles, was man benötigt. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, nur der BĂ€cker ist ein kleines StĂŒckchen weg. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub mit viel Privatsphere

Es ist ein schönes kleines Reihenendhaus mit einem kleinen fast unansehbaren Garten bzw. Terrasse. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab so ziemlich alles, was man sonst gerne zuhause vergisst: Salz, Pffeffer, Öl, Balsamico, KrĂ€uter, Seife, Waschpulver, SpĂŒli, SpĂŒhlmaschinentabs, WĂ€schestĂ€nder mit ausreichend Klammern und und und... Wirklich genial. Der Strand ist schmal, aber ĂŒberwiegend sandig und nicht ĂŒberlaufen. Man hatte genug Platz zum Sonnen und vor allem zum Schwimmen. Der Strandabschnitt ist kostenfrei, es emphielt sich, einen Sonnenschirm mitzunehmen. Bis zum Strand sind es tatsĂ€chlich nur ca. 6-7 Minuten und es ist nicht zu steil. Der Ort ist nicht sehr touristisch, direkt in Le Rayol gibt es kein GeschĂ€ft und nur wenige Restaurants. Man hat damit ziemlich familieren und ruhigen Urlaub, aber wenig Unterhaltung - fĂŒr uns war es perfekt und fĂŒr unsere Tochter haben wir es mit zwei Besuchen in "Azur Park" (eine Art Lunapark in Gassin) ausgeglichen, den wir wĂ€rmstens fĂŒr Kinder jedes Alters ab 2-3 Jahre und auch Erwachsene empfehlen können. Der Eingang ist kostenfrei und es gibt die Möglichkeit, die Fahrten einzeln zu bezahlen oder einen Pass fĂŒr bis zu 15-16 verschiedene Fahrten zu kaufen. Der Pass ist die ganze Saison gĂŒltig und kostet ca. 20-35€ je nach Kategorie/Alter. Es gibt ziemlich viel auch fĂŒr kleine Kinder (Baby-Pass 2-6J., 20€, fĂŒr ca. 16 verschiedene Fahrten, aber manche waren fĂŒr diesen Alter ohne Eltern nicht zu empfehlen). Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, vor allem ruhige familiere AtmosphĂ€re. Leider gab es einen ziemlich großen Nachteil: es gab viele MĂŒcken und wir haben dadurch gelitten. Man konnte wegen der Hitze tagsĂŒber nicht lĂŒften und abends oder nachts auch nur mit der Gefahr, die MĂŒcken ins Haus hereinzulassen. Es wĂ€re schön, wenn die Fenster mit Fliegergitter ausgestattet werden könnten. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech und es war nur zur Zeit unserer Reise so (Ende Juni - Anfang Juli). Aber abgesehen davon möchten wir uns bei Sabine bedanken und können dieses schöne HĂ€usschen empfehlen.

Klein aber fein

In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand und beim Blick von der Veranda ĂŒber die Hecke kann man das Meer bzw. die Bucht sehen. Herrlich. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und wie beschrieben. Der Platz ist allerdings fĂŒr die angegebenen bis zu 5 Personen sehr eng bemessen. Mit z.B. 3 Kinder im Teenageralter wĂ€re mir es zu eng. FĂŒr 2 Erwachsene mit 3 Kleinkindern mag es gehen, allerdings ist dann die steile Treppe zwischen Erdgeschoss und 1. OG nicht optimal. Der Platz ist auch insbesondere deswegen bemerkenswert, weil es natĂŒrlich mit vielen Personen im Haus auch Nachts schnell zu heiß werden kann. Dennoch: FĂŒr eine kleine Familie mit z.B. 3 Personen, ist es ein kleines aber feines Ferienhaus in einer tollen Gegend und mit insbesondere viel Komfort hinsichtlich KĂŒche und WĂ€sche. Es gibt wirklich alle nötigen GerĂ€te und diese sind top in Schuss.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Es hat alles gepaßt!

Wir haben ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Objekt vorgefunden. Die Besitzerin hat uns eine "Anleitung" zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt, in welcher alles genauestens beschrieben war. Zum Meer sind es wirklich nur ein paar Schritte und der Ausblick ist phantastisch. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Logement trĂšs confortable, vue imprenable de la terrasse et encore plus de la chambre parentale, rĂ©sidence sĂ©curisĂ©e de petite taille situĂ©e Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied de la mignonne plage du Canadel, les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs accueillants et donnent de bons conseils, il ne manquerait que la piscine dans le jardin commun de la rĂ©sidence pour que tout soit parfait en saison 
 (le rĂȘve !)
