Sleeps 6 up to 8 people. Our condo features:

• Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with varying bedding configurations (please check with staff when booking to ensure suitability)
• Living Area: Plush sofas (one of which doubles as a sofabed), natural stone gas fireplace, TV, and large windows offering slope or village views.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Breakfast bar and dining table for shared meals.
• Bathroom: 2 full bathrooms with shower/tub combination, vanity, and toilet.

Other amenities at Jackpine and Black Bear Condos include (but are not limited to):

• Updated outdoor lounge area with upgraded 2 hot tubs, commercial bbq grills, firepit
• Towel warmers, exercise room, steam room with sauna
• Ski storage
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
• Heated underground parking

Please note that a 12% of nightly rate property fee, covering reservations fee, housekeeping, departure fee and in-room amenities will be applied to each reservation and needs to be paid upon checkin.

• Local Dining: Head to Ski Tip Lodge to savor delicious cuisine in a cozy atmosphere at this historic 1800s stagecoach stop-turned-restaurant. For a more casual vibe, check out The Goat Tavern , where you can enjoy pub fare, craft beer, and live music in a lively outdoor patio setting.

• Places to See: Take a scenic drive over to Dillon Reservoir, the largest body of water in Summit County, and enjoy boating, fishing, and hiking in this stunning setting. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• We want to reassure our valued guests that while the new Kindred Resort is taking shape through the 2023-2025 seasons, we're working diligently to minimize any potential disruptions. Although we don't anticipate major inconveniences, please be advised that there is a possibility of some construction noise during the day, as core structural work continues at the neighboring resort.
• Parking: 1 space per booking included with the on-site resort fee
• Views: Condos can have village OR slope views
• Condos may be in either the Jackpine building OR the Black Bear building
