We travel to the area 3 or 4 times a year. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had. Right off the bat, walking straight into the condo was a godsend for us being older people (no stairs). The home was immaculate. The view of the mountain range facing dead east we had some amazing sunrises. Can't wait to return. Thank you Ann!

The Condo was extremely clean and updated. The views are the best we have ever had in the Banner Elk/Blowing Rock area. Walk right in- no stairs to deal with. Our hosts were wonderful people. We plan on returning to this property,

Spectacular Condo with Spectacular Views.We enjoyed our stay so very much. The condo is beautiful. It has everything you would need and is spotlessly clean. The views from the porch are so beautiful at all times of the day. Once we got to the condo, we sort of didn't want to leave! But there is so much to do. We hope to be back in the spring. Thank you so much for sharing this special place.

Wonderful mountain getaway!Nothing beats the views from the deck, especially sunrise!We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable condo. Superb communication and attention to small details from the owner. The location is very convenient to Boone & Banner Elk ... and minutes away from Grandfather Mountain Winery, such a lovely place to spend the afternoon, along the river with live music! We also loved returning in the afternoons to enjoy the pool/hot tub at Echota on the Ridge, a beautiful setting! Highly recommend.

Condo was just as described in VRBO. Easy unload and access since there are no steps to climb. The unit had a practical layout, was tastefully decorated, very comfortable and pristine clean. Appliances were upscale and kitchen was fully equipped with everything necessary to cook and serve. The master bedroom mattress is super firm, but was not an issue with me. The view from the windows in the living room and especially from the deck is spectacular. The owner was totally available and helpful. The road leading up to the development from the main highway might be a bit of a challenge as it a fair stretch of a steep, narrow, two way road with some tight turns that are pretty severe in a few places. The pool is in a different location and I didn't have the opportunity to use it or any other resort amenities. Overall, good experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The location was perfect, but the highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the balcony. We enjoyed both stunning sunrises and beautiful sunsets every day. The amenities were fantastic—be sure to take advantage of the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, the clubhouse with pool table and gym, the private river access, and the stocked fishing ponds. The condo was exceptionally clean, had everything you need to cook family meals, and it was clear the owners take great pride in making sure their guests have a wonderful experience. Very convenient to Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, Sugar Mtn. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The views are incredible and the house was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location to Hawksnest tubing! My son also loved the indoor pool. We will definitely be back!

Ann's property was beautiful and the place is so clean and inviting. The amenities such as the pool and the workout room in the clubhouse looked beautiful we did not get to use them but we did get to look at them. It was very foggy and rainy all weekend so we didn't get to enjoy what I know is an excellent view of the back deck. Thank you very much and for the use of your home.
