We had a great stay. Property is clean and well stocked. Kids loved the bunk beds. Golf cart was a great add on. We love the laid back feel of Cape Charles.

The property is excellent, we really liked the balconies on two levels. The location is nice, not too far from the beach and not too far from the town center and then to the main strip.Everything was clean and well maintained.Ashley was very responsive and accommodated our request for a slightly earlier check-in. Too bad she couldn't do anything about the Hampton Bay tunnel being closed :).

We had a wonderful stay! We especially loved the dog-friendly location and how easy it was to enjoy the area with our pup. Having the golf cart rental was such a fun bonus and made getting around even more enjoyable and convenient.The only small suggestion we would have is to make the dining area a little easier to access. We found ourselves needing to move furniture before and after meals, which was a bit cumbersome.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the location was fantastic. We would happily stay here again!

We had a great family vacation and the house was perfect. Everything we needed to have an enjoyable stress free time. Very clean, The ac was great and comfortable. The showers were hot and good pressure. Beds quite comfortable! The kitchen had all cookware and appliances to make cooking as easy as being home. Would definitely rent this home again in the future!

We LOVED our stay. We cooked most meals in the home and found it to be well supplied with utensils/pots/pans etc. SUCH a wonderful location - easy walk to the beach, easy walk to downtown for nightly ice cream at Brown Dog. We walked our dogs several times daily and enjoyed the community park nearby as well. LOVED everything about this property and location.

This was our second year at this home. We love it! It has a great yard for the dogs, and you can include a nice golf cart to drive around the community. The is excellent and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare food. Cape Charles is a great little town to visit.

Great stay! The location was convenient for getting kids to the park, being a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, and also to shops and restaurants. House was clean, beds were comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, well-supplied kitchen with nicely sharp knives (makes all the difference for prepping snacks and meals!), and quick and thorough communication with the host.

Ashley the owner was kind and very quick to respond to any questions. The property was clean and the bedrooms were a good size, nice front porch, and we were also able to use beach items from the shed. The living/dining area was small. We had 6 people and it was cramped. The picnic-bench dining table was also hard to get in and out of if people in your party have mobility issues. The back yard was full of weeds and needed some maintenance. Overall the property was not the best value compared to other properties we have stayed in Cape Charles.

Thank you for your feedback! We are glad you were pleased with our cleaning company and enjoyed the many additional amenities we provide at the property. We provide many photos of our property to offer complete transparency of the home. We are happy to hear the bedrooms were a sufficient space, and apolgize you didn't feel the living space was comfortable for your group. The farmhouse dining table, as listed in the photo's has 2 benches that are not connected to the table. I haven't previously heard there were any challeges due to mobility issues but will certainly have this looked into for future guest. We do our very best to provide a 5 star property, and thankfully we have maintained this rating with very happy guests. We hope you are able to find a property that better suits your group in the future.
