After a quiet morning alone, head out on a quick adventure! Multiple National and State parks are a short drive away, or Downtown St. George is always a great place to shop and have lunch. The kids will love being able to swim, splash around in the splash pad, and play many outdoor games offered by Las Palmas; you might not get them to come back inside! This place was amazing! Pictures don't do it justice! We were out there for a softball tournament and this place fit 3 families very comfortably. It had ALL the amenities you would need. Beautiful kitchen! Would highly recommend and will definitely will be booking again if we end up traveling again to St. George!

Comfortable Condo, Amazing Views!

When we arrived well after dark, we found our condo to be clean and very roomy. Check-in and communication was consistent and easy. Waking up to the amazing views the next morning was even better than we expected, and relaxing on the large, shady balcony made our stay top-notch. A minor maintenance issue was dealt with quickly as well. We would highly recommend St. George and Las Palmas 806 to friends visiting southern Utah!

Nicest Las Palmas condo I’ve stayed in so far

Las Palmas is always awesome. This condo was the best we’ve stayed in and we stay a few times a year. The only thing is the hot water heater is not large enough for the condo capacity. And it needs new toilets. Otherwise it was perfect.

Great Condo

The place was very spacious and clean, and provided all we would need for toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc. The check in process was an easy self check in. Overall I thought the place was great! Only downside was we did not have access to as many outdoor activities as the posting stated due to a note at the condo saying they no longer associated with the other condo complex that had these things. Other than that a great place!

Spacious and fun with beautiful views!

This place is much bigger than the pictures make it look. It was wonderful for our family to spend Christmas! The views out all the windows are breathtaking! The facilities were fun with indoor and outdoor heated pools, giant chess board, pickleball courts, playground, and nearby rollerskating rink! The owners/managers were quick to respond to our requests and there were no problems with Check in and check out.. The kitchen had all the basic necessities and lots of extras. Plenty of extra bedding in case people need to sleep on the floor. This place would be super fun in the summer! Highly recommended!!

Great Vacation

Very nice, as we expected. No real complaints. Some of the info in the listing is dated (access to amenities at Las Palmas HUB, not Green Valley resort, and it now has a splash pad instead of mini golf). Also, this 4 bedroom unit allows up to 12 free passes where the info we received said only 6 free passes (not complaining). We had some trouble locating sheets for the air mattresses, but we managed. We went to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, Tuacahn, Dixie Hills golf course, Megaplex movie theater, Laser Mania mini golf, and a variety of restaurants—all of which were easy to get to from the rental property. We'd rent again and recommend it to a friend.

Great family unit

Beautiful place, very spacious and easy to use. Also loved the location and the view. Very minor possible adjustments: kitchen faucet falls off, kitchen drain leaked (which I fixed), dishwasher does not clean dishes and install mounts are broken, many items missing from kitchen (mugs, plates, cutlery etc). Over all , we loved our stay. Would come back and would definitely recommend to others.
