Condo is an oven

We knew the condo didn’t have air but this was crazy. Can’t use the oven or nor do the 6 of us and 1 infant really want to eat because we are so hot. Most of the Costco food wasted. Seriously concerned about infant. Spent lots of time in car with air conditioning on to cool her and others down. Miserable! So happy to leave today! Other than that the grounds are beautiful, the pools enjoyable and the condos are well stocked with lots of comforts and so nice. I just wish we could have enjoyed them more.

Bait and switch

Condo was advertised as having air conditioning which was very important to us for health reasons. It did not have it. The excuse was "I thought it did". What! No offer to compensate us.
