Our 3 BDR+loft townhome is artsy and eclectic. Sleeps 9 and is just minutes from Breckenridge ski resort. Come enjoy a vacation at this charming mountain town home! One of the owners is a Denver craftsman and has created an eclectic, artsy home with beautiful touches throughout. Located a few miles from the Breckenridge Ski Resort, Main Street and all of the bars and restaurants this lovely town is known for. The town home is located on the free Summit Stage shuttle route which makes traveling to all resorts as simple as walking down the front steps and catching a short bus ride. The rental includes four bedrooms (three bedrooms are on the main two levels and the fourth is a loft bedroom accessible by ladder), two bathrooms, a wood burning stove in the main living area, a kitchen with concrete counter tops and all stainless steal appliances, and two living rooms. Every room has been updated with new heaters with individual corresponding dials for personal comfort in each room. There is a spiral staircase to the second floor with a metal railing. The second living room has a large couch for an additional guest if needed. There is one master bedroom on the first level with a queen bed, and an attached full bathroom with tiled shower. A queen bedroom, with a queen bed, another bedroom with a queen bed, and a queen bed loft, accessible by ladder, perfect for older kids and adventurous adults alike! The second level bathroom was completely renovated complete with a double sink, oversized mirror and new tiled shower and tub. Both living areas have flat screen LED televisions with cable and free internet available throughout. This townhome is kid and pet friendly. If you decide to bring your pooch, there is a pet fee required (per pet, per stay).

This location has beautiful mountain views and nearby trails for mountain biking and hiking steps from the front door. Beautiful and affordable, it is a perfect living space for a group of mountain loving guests!

Free Shuttle "The Summit Stage" takes you from the townhome to any where in Breckenridge and all of summit county!

Great Little Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Close to Main Street with shuttle access to downtown and the slopes. Very cute and quaint with a nice fireplace in the living room. Management communication was excellent as well. Would love to return here in future!

The townhouse was as described. Cozy, not fancy, but met our needs. The kitchen has awesome cookware and appliances such that we could cook meals easily. The Summit Stage bus stop was just up the hill and very convenient. It was a 2 minute walk with our ski boots on while lugging skis. There was a small wooded area outside the front door to walk our dogs. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean.

Great vacation

Had a great stay at this property. Great location, about 10 min from town. Had everything you could need. Wood burning fire place was awesome. Host was very responsive and accomodating. Would recommend if staying with several folks or family. Lots of space. Super cute.

Great ski condo!

Great place to stay for our family with 7 adults and one toddler. Really good value and unit was just as pictured. Host recommended a 4wd vehicle ahead of time as the driveway was a bit steep/icy so I appreciate that she gave us the heads up. Even came stocked with firewood for the wood stove!

Perfect place for a getaway

The pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful townhome with everything you might need. The owner was very helpful in providing a binder with all the information you might need. The cleaning fee is a little steep so maybe better reserve a longer stay in order to compensate. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

Overall, we enjoyed our visit! The property was not as clean as we would have hoped, but we had all of the amenities needed for a weekend trip for 6 people. There are plenty of places for guests to crash and the overall process of checking in/out was pretty seamless.

We are three best friend families with a gaggle of children who love the snow and all things mountain. We co-own the property and are Denver residents by way of Florida, Virginia and Washington. Three of us grew up together in Gainesville, Florida and eventually each made our way to Colorado to enjoy mountain living. Some of our outdoor passions include hiking, biking, snowboarding, camping and hot springs. We hope you enjoy your visit and you get to explore much of the beauty Colorado has to offer!

Why they chose this property

Our mountain home is well loved and well stocked by the owner families. We love our winter sports and history too! Fun Fact - Our building complex was originally constructed to serve as housing for the athletes coming for the 1976 Winter Olympics. Colorado (Denver) won the Olympic bid for the games, but in the end turned the IOC down. The 1976 games were subsequently awarded to Innsbruk, Austria.

The sound of the creek bubbling as you watch snow flakes drift by in slow motion reminds you that life is happening all around you. This place is for connecting with loved ones and old friends, sharing memories and making new ones.
