Whale of a Time - Newly Constructed Ocean Front Beach House

This unit is brand new oceanfront construction. This unit is in a 2 unit duplex. This 2 bedroom unit is 1229 square feet with 2.5 baths. Downstairs is an open concept kitchen, living and dining area with large windows allowing great views of the beach. The sofa has a pull out bed for accommodating additional guests. The large deck is fantastic to enjoy the beach lifestyle. Also downstairs is a half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs is master bedroom with a king bed and walk in closet. French doors open from the master bedroom onto a 200 square foot deck. The TV in the master does not have cable but does have internet connection for streaming services. The master bath has a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and its own full sized bathroom (shower/tub) and its own closet. Wireless internet is available. TV with cable in the living room. On ground level is a private enclosed shower with hot and cold water. There is on site parking for up to 5 cars. This property has a strict no smoking policy inside the house and on the outdoor decks. No pets (even though we love them!)
