Luxury Duplex Marina Suite + Jet or dock rental

Luxury Duplex Marina / Private Hotel: enjoy certain advantages of a hotel and the comfort of a high-end rental. Possibility to rent a boat or jet ski at the quay. Aperitif-boat formula at the end of the day.
Private parking and small flowery entrance.
Household linen and weekly cleaning are included in the delivery. Marina renovated and decorated by an interior designer in sober and coconing tones.
In duplex, you will appreciate the ground floor: entrance, WC, fitted kitchen, living room directly open onto a spacious terrace facing the pontoon where your boat / jet ski will be moored. The pontoon stretches 8 meters by 3 meters. The barbecue and outdoor furniture are at your disposal to fully enjoy the southern Mediterranean sun.
Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area with 1 parental suite (a 160x200cm bed with high-end mattress and memory cushion), a private balcony overlooking the boats and 2 deckchairs to relax in, as well as a bathroom of bath. The second bedroom has a 140x200cm bed and a 90X200cm high bed (high-end bedding, memory cushions) with bathroom. An independent WC upstairs. Each room has air conditioning with independent regulation. The water is softened by a Thalassa softener.
2 bikes are at your disposal.

Port Camargue has created many cycle paths to discover this wonderful area where the flora and fauna remain authentic.
During the summer season, enjoy the many seaside, restaurants, etc ...
The marina is close to the beach (5 min walk). It remains however located in a dead end where you will feel the tranquility.

A recommande sans hésitation

Logement conforme à l l'annonce, propre et bien aménagé. Emplacement proche de tout mais éloigné du tumulte du centre, commerces à proximité. Vélos à disposition devant la porte d'entrée pour faire une belle ballade le long de la marina et pour faire ses petites courses en prenant les pistes cyclables. Propriétaire très réactif en cas de nécessité. Allez y sans hésiter, en tout cas nous y retournerons.

Très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette superbe marina. Très confortable et bien aménagée, la Clim était très appréciable ainsi que le calme environnant. La plage et la supérette sont à quelques minutes à pieds. Les voisins sont sympathiques. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir l’an prochain! Bonne communication avec Marissa. Merci

Marina d’exception

Pour la deuxième fois, nous nous sommes rendus dans la NS Gesthouse. Décorée avec goût, fonctionnelle, remise aux normes modernes dans un Port Camargue aux marinas vieillissantes et souvent « laissées dans leur jus ». Quand elle est nécessaire, la climatisation est particulièrement appréciable car la fonction silence permet une diffusion douce et quasi inaudible de la fraîcheur. Les vélos à disposition ont été changés et sont de qualité. Alors... jamais deux sans trois ?!!!

Schicke Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Sehr gepflegte, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, in einer tollen Lage. Sonnenschirme, Klimaanlage, 2 Fahrrädern und einem Kinderfahrrad, komplettes Kücheninventar, gemütliche Betten... alles war so wie beschrieben. Wir haben die Tage in der Unterkunft genossen, da auch vieles zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad (Bäcker, Strände, Flamingos) zu erledigen war.

Accueil chaleureux de la part de Monsieur Da Silva et Malika, prestations au top. La maison est le cadre sont magnifique, les aménagements sont parfaits. Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux et nous reviendrons dés que possible.

Sehr schöne Zeit im Hafen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Strandaufenthalt, Fahrradtouren (zwei Fahrräder waren inklusive bei der FeWo) und für Ausflüge ins herrliche Umland (Montpellier, Nîmes usw.)

Magnifique séjour dans la Marina

Superbe Marina conforme aux photos ! Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour.. Deco tres moderne et design.. Air confitionné est un plus en ces jours de canicule. Emplacement idéal dans la marina.issu très calme et non bruyante car on ne voit pas le va et vient incessant des bateaux qui rentrent et sortent de la Marina. On se sent en toute sécurité dans cet endroit paradisiaque! Les propriétaires avoisinants sont hyper gentils et avenants et prêts à tout pour aider. De plus acceuil extrêmement attentionné de la part de la gestionnaire de la marina . Nous avons eu l'occasion de croiser également le propriétaire qui est aussi tres a l'écoute de ses locataires et ne veut qu'une chose: que le séjour se passe à merveille!! Et c'est ce qu'il se passe!!!!! Bref à recommander !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nous avons passé en famille un super séjour et nous avons apprécié le niveau d'équipement de la marina et l'accueil de Malika - nous avions l'impression d'être à la maison - il ne manquait Rien !! La marina est bien située avec des commerces à proximité - plage également !! Les vélos sont également un atout !! Quartier très calme !!! À refaire
