Très agréable séjour trop court hélas. Tout a été parfait. Les contacts avec la propriétaire du logement ainsi qu avec Emmanuel qui nous a reçu. Le logement est très bien agencé, confortable, très propre et très bien équipé. Très calme bien que situé à deux pas du marché, quartier animé, plein de restaurant sympas. A quelques minutes de la plage. Vraiment un très bon séjour. A recommander.

The appartement is at a very good location with restaurants, bars and the market ! But is is very quiet during the night Even if there is no air conditioning with windows open you can get he fresh air so it is perfect ! The communication with Isabelle is really good ! For sur I will come back !

Très bon séjour au sein de ce logement bien situé pour profiter pleinement de La Baule.Qui plus est, le gestionnaire nous a fait un très bon accueil et a été arrangeant face aux contre-temps.

Escapade bauloise au ❤ de l été

Tous les matins un petit tour de marché pour manger tout frais avec la famille 😋 la plage à pieds, le petit running en bord d'océan, le mini golf, le petit shopping, le soleil... trop court! Trop bien 😀

Séjour agréable

Appartement aménagé avec goût et tout confort, situé ds un quartier vivant et calme, très agréable. Tout se fait à pied. J’ai été accueillie par un monsieur charmant et serviable. La prestation a été conforme à l’annonce .

La plus grande partie du matériel et de l aménagement étant neuf et le ménage ayant été fait à fond par une entreprise de nettoyage . Nous tenons une grande importance à l hygiène et la propreté de notre logement et du matériel mis à disposition.

Bonjour Je vous remercie de votre commentaire qui montre bien que l appartement à une situation géographique exceptionnel ou vous pouvez tout faire a pied ,étant a 20 mètres des halles et de tous les comlmerces et 12 min a pied de la mer..L appartement est en double vitrage et possède une luminosité exceptionnel ainsi que tout l equipement necessaire et a été refait a neuf , je suis navree par contre qu il ne soit pas a votre gout . Comme on dit les goûts et les couleurs ..... Agréable journée

Emplacement idéal, appartement sous équipé..

L’appartement est idéalement placé et agréable, cependant, il manque de pas mal de choses (bouilloire, machine à café récente, WIFI, linge de maison). Contradiction entre le fait de devoir venir avec son propre linge de maison pour cause COVID et que le menage ne soit pas fait par des professionnels entre deux locations. Quand bien même, le préciser a l’entrée aurait évité un problème de compréhension. Rapport qualité prix qui laisse à désirer. Très cher pour service moindre. Gérant immobilier audieu, qui a tendance à oublier que l’hébergement n’était pas gratuit et que de ce fait, un minimum de respect envers le client est nécessaire.

emplacement de premier choix, bon séjour !

Appartement pas bruyant malgré la présence du marché sous les fenêtres chaque matin. Il manque peut être une bouilloire et surtout du wifi! Pour le reste, c'est top!
