A little over the top on the rules but a nice cozy cabin. The stairs to the upstairs was tight for taking stuff up an down. Not a great place for less able people. But overall a nice location very clean.

Perfect for what my husband and I was looking for. We really enjoyed fishing off the back dock, relaxing and really enjoyed the breakfast at Chapz Steakhouse. Very friendly host and very clean. If you’re looking for a small cozy quiet get away this is the place to go.

Cottage on the Lake.

Pictures in the listing made the cottage seem somewhat bigger And a little more private, but all in all, the stay was very nice and would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice property on the water

We really enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was very cute and comfortable, and the deck on the water was perfect for fishing. We also loved taking the paddleboat out into the big lake. Everything was as described, and we can't wait to go back again!

The cottage is clean, cozy and quiet place to stay. Very peaceful on the channel. Neighbors are friendly. Good restaurants within a 20 minute drive or less. The owner and manager are very responsive.

Wonderful property

Great property for a weekend get away. Our teen and friends enjoyed the paddle boat and kayaks. Great fishing! You could catch sunfish right off the deck!

Beautiful Michigan Oasis - Thank you!

My wife and I had an amazing peaceful time at property. The amenities offered were great and we really had a great time. We had the opportunity to kayak for our first time, as well as catching plenty of fish. We really appreciate the opportunity to come out and stay!

Quiet getaway

Lakeside heaven

Had beautiful weather, kayaked for the first time, took many pictures of the flowering lilly pads, downtown was exquisite, counting down the days until we can do it again.

Great stay in the “middle of nowhere”!

This was our second visit to this property, and was just as we remembered. Cozy, quiet, with easy access to the water. The property is very well maintained, both inside and out. Kayaking and pedal boating are great here with the well maintained vehicles and equipment provided. The well water does take a bit of getting used to, but I was okay with it before we left. We will certainly be booking here again in the future!

Clean, cute, and pretty location

Easy check in, cute place. Owners were friendly. Good location for a long weekend. A few good places for dining like Lake Blue Tavern (30 minutes away). Everything was provided. Overall, good choice!

I provide what I describe. Exactly. You did not read the Property Description Details. They explain that there is no stove or oven. And there isnt. They say there is a BBQ. And there is - it easily holds food for four people - and further, there were only two of you. And the Description explains there is a smart tv but no tv service here, so bring your Stick ir Roku. And there is a Player. To complain when it is your fault, and you failed your responsibility to read the descriptions given about the amenities before booking, is wrong. It would be right and big of you to revoke your review.

We had an amazing time! To seeing the fish right out the door, they're waiting to be fed. To seeing the most amazing bird living right in the bushes by the kayak launch, look out for her!! We paddle boated out to see the sunrise, kayaked, and played lots of games. It was the perfect little weekend away. Thank you so much! We will definitely be coming back again.
