Beautiful home set in the gated premier golf course, resort-style community, Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour in Bradenton, Fl. This residence had 1930 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, informal and formal dining areas, full kitchen, utility room and a double garage. Beautiful tile flooring throughout this open floor plan.

Enjoy your privacy in the quiet, cul-de-sac home. Built in 2004. Fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Includes, 3 flat screen televisions, wireless internet Wi-Fi , and washer/dryer. Community amenities include Olympic pool, kiddie pool, spa, fitness center, tennis, basketball, bike trails, restaurant and more! Very conveniently located to I-75, 15 minutes north of Sarasota and 25 minutes from St. Petersburg.

The master bedroom has a one California King size bed, and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bedroom suite and the third bedroom has a twin day bed and twin trundle. This house will comfortably sleep six. This house will fulfill your vacation dreams.

All linens, dishes, and cleaning supplies included. Beach umbrella, snorkel gear, and beach chairs included

The communication was phenomenal. We had all the check in information needed ahead of time. Directions were clear and had no issues gaining access to the gated community or the property. The property was very clean. It was great to have two tables with chairs to use for meals. The owner had many things on site which were so thoughtful including a hair dryer, clothes steamer and beach activities. The communication with the owner was amazing. He answered any questions promptly. Thanks for a great stay! Will recommend to others and will stay here on future trips.

Extended stays - recommended

This was a great place to stay while visiting family for a season. The house is spacious and very clean. Jose was great to work with. Very responsive and took care of our needs including ordering a new water filter for the frig. The neighborhood is lovely. Friendly and great walking spaces. If it hadn't been for covid we would have enjoyed the gym, pool, and group games like corn hole. We chose this property in part because it was convenient to family. It is about 45 min away from Anna Maria Island (highly recommend) and from Sarasota and Siesta Key. It is very close to I75 however. It's nice to find a place that welcomed our small dog too. Due to the hoa background check costs... it makes more sense for those who plan on staying longer.

Great neighborhood & helpful property manager

This home and neighborhood gives you all the comforts of home, in a safe gated community that boasts a fantastic community pool, a large park perfect for walking and is close to shopping and restaurants. Leading up to our trip we found the owner to be friendly and helpful, When our trip plans fell through, we really appreciated his great communication and understanding. I would definitely book this property again.

Heritage Harbour

This house was fabulous but major problem if you don’t have own transport. It’s in the middle of nowhere and cost us a fortune to go anywhere . Pool advertised is about a mile from house very difficult to walk in heat.
