Direct Gulf Front corner unit provides you with a perfect view of the water and sand. This 3 bedroom unit comfortably sleeps 6. The coastal chic décor will set the scene for your special vacation. The master bedroom has a King size bed and views of the gulf with its own sliding glass door to the balcony. There is also an en-suite bathroom all updated and a convenient step-in shower. The living room has beautiful leather sofas and large TV for relaxing with sliding doors to balcony and extra window looking South. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on your private balcony suited for outdoor dining and sunbathing. The 2nd bedroom features 2 Queen size beds and television as well as a computer for your use. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Laundry is a breeze with a washer and dryer right in the unit hidden tastefully in a closet space. This condo offers free Long Distance calling to U.S. and Canada and secure Wifi. The property has both a heated swimming pool and hot tub along with lush tropical landscaping. There is a community recreation room on the first floor with Ping Pong and 100's of books in the lending library. This unit has an assigned Undercover Parking space.

Perfect getaway for family

This place was so perfect for my family. Right on the beach with a beautiful, large balcony. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon.

Beautiful!!

Room is amazing and well kept. View is spectacular. Indian Rock is a great beach and community. The listing had the number of beds wrong, but the management co. was very responsive and make it work for us:) We had an amazing week.

Million Dollar View

Property was as described. The view and location was absolutely perfect. The balcony was very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped with all the necessities and the condo was extremely clean. We look forward to staying again. Note: the mattress in the master suite needs replaced as it was not comfortable, but all the other beds were very comfortable.

Beware this rental is through Plumlee.

No early check in allowed and late check out cost is over $52. We had to physically travel 1.3 miles from the condo to get a key (the code) from a main office, even though we traveled by air and did not have a car. They insisted they needed a copy of our driver's license and credit card in person even though the entire rental fee had already been charged online. Staff was not nice and be ready that masks are required at the Plumlee office. Property has a badly broken patio door and lock. We were locked out of the property on our second day because the locks malfunctioned. Had to wait for staff who had all left the Plumlee office for the day to connect with someone to come to the room. Lights need replaced and there was debris on the floor. Our friends rented another unit that was not through Plumlee and they had a much better experience. It is a pretty location and the pool and hot tub are nice.

Hello Susan, Thank you for your review. We email our check-in procedure to guests at the time of booking and with the final confirmation which outlines what is needed for check-in and our office location. We do require a card swipe in lieu of a cash security deposit. This policy is the same with most vacation rental companies in the area. We do our best to accommodate early arrivals if the condo is ready before 4 PM. After each stay our condos are professionally cleaned, inspected, and all reported maintenance items are taken care of. Unlike a hotel, this is a condo rental, so we cannot simply assign you another owner's condo that is ready earlier when the unit you reserved is not ready. This is why we have our check-in time listed as 4 PM on all instructions sent prior to arrival. We do offer complimentary late check out until noon if the condo is not rented right after your stay. We also offer an extended check out at 3 PM for an additional fee of $50 plus tax. This is an appropriate and fair fee considering the nightly rate. You did take up the option for the free noon checkout as documented on your reservation. As for the maintenance issue with the door lock, these things sometimes do occur with electronic locks. One of the advantages of renting through a professional rental agency, rather than an owner, is our 24/7 answering service with multiple on-call managers to address these issues in a timely manner. We also handle any maintenance and housekeeping issues during your stay if a guest calls and reports the problem. At check in we make sure you have the phone number to our after hours emergency line. The phone number is also listed in your check-in packet provided at arrival. You called right at 5:30 with the door malfunction. One of our at home agents was able to get a lock out agent to bring you a key and you were in the condo less than half an hour later. While you waited, the agent called you back to be sure you were ok and to give you an estimated time of arrival for our lock out service. We do hope to welcome you back to the area soon. Beautiful view

We loved our condo! The view was beautiful..however my other family memebers stayed in two different condos and ours was the only one with ants! It was a little out dated compared to their condos as well..but overall it was a great stay!

Perfect Location for Little Ones

Had a fantastic week stay at this condo with my baby and toddler. We never left except to get groceries the day we arrived! This beach is perfect for kids and the waves are almost non existent in good weather so we could float with little ones in the ocean easily. Was not crowded in August. Will come back with more family!

Amazing view.

We used plumlee rentals this time and utilized their free nightly dvds, free beach bikes as well. The condos views are amazing. We ate bfast on the balcony each day.
