Located at the foot of the main vineyards of PĂ©rigord (Bergerac, PĂ©charmant, Rosette, Saussignac and Monbazillac).
Restored farmhouse in stone with indoor swimming pool (10x5), surrounded by orchards 300 meters from the Dordogne River.
Terraced house with the owners, you will stay in a completely independent wing of 100 m2.
A large living room consists of: a kitchen, a dining area and a heated room with a wood stove during the cold season.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms (1 x 2 beds of 90 and 1 bed 160), 1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet. The floor is heated with gas central heating in winter.

Perfect spot for a relaxing break

We have just had the most lovely stay at Nathalie and Olivier's gite positioned just outside Bergerac. The cottage itself is a traditional barn conversion with it's own beautiful relaxing private garden and outdoor pool/ BBQ area set within beautiful apple orchards. The area itself is a quiet, bucolic part of France filled with quaint towns and villages that were lovely to sit in to enjoy a charcuterie plate and a drink. Nathalie and Olivier could not have been more welcoming and helpful and whilst there, we really felt they treated us like part of their family. Great advice on where to visit, restaurants and where to buy the local wine. They even treated us to an informal wine tasting on our first night! Our only regrets were that we couldn't stay longer and that we didn't have enough luggage capacity to take some of the delicious wine home with us! Hope to visit again soon.

Cosy et gastronomique

Nathalie et Olivier sont des hÎtes charmants a la fois présents et discrets. La maison et ses extérieurs sont trÚs agréables. Nous avons apprécié faire des balades avec notre bébé tout autour de la propriété. La cuisine équipée nous a permis de nous concocter quelques spécialités locales. Mention spéciale pour Poupée et Fleur les 2 équidés. Bref, je recommande!

Un magnifique séjour, point de départ idéal pour découvrir le Périgord

Avec ma femme et ma fille de 12 ans avons adorĂ© cette location. L’accueil, la disponibilitĂ© (et la discrĂ©tion) des propriĂ©taires, l’équipement de la maison et de l’extĂ©rieur, tout Ă©tait vraiment idĂ©al. Cette maison a Ă©tĂ© un parfait point de dĂ©part pour dĂ©couvrir cette rĂ©gion extrĂȘmement riche culturellement et aux paysages magnifiques. Aux alentours direct on trouve tout pour faire les courses, mais aussi pas mal de loisirs en cas de jours de pluie ou de beaux temps; bowling, funpark, karting, ballade sur la Dordogne en kayak ou gabares, etc... Et grĂące aux conseils de Nathalie, nous avons pu trouver directement les meilleurs commerces de bouches des environs. La voiture est bien sĂ»r une nĂ©cessitĂ© pour cette location, mais les jours ou l’on ne souhaite pas conduire, la piscine, l’étang de pĂȘche, la promenade le long de la Dordogne feront passer de belles journĂ©es. Encore merci Ă  nos hĂŽtes pour leur accueil, leur disponibilitĂ© et leur chaleur. À bientĂŽt pour de nouvelles vacances

Acceuil chaleureux, magnifique gĂźte confortable et calme

Le gßte est trÚs bien restauré, trÚs confortable, spacieux et trÚs propre, bonne literie, salle de bains toute rénovée. Les abords et la piscine sont magnifiques, aucun vis à vis. Les hÎtes, Nathalie et Olivier, sont trÚs accueillants, présents et discrets, beaucoup de soin à l'accueil. Enfin, les visites quotidiennes de Fleur et Poupée ( la jument et l'ùnesse du domaine) ont enchanté nos filles. La région est à découvrir. Bref, un endroit à recommander!
