This Main Street loft is in the historic downtown and has been recently renovated. This historic building was built in 1904. We (Jason and Julie) bought this beautiful historic building in the Spring of 2017 and finished the renovations in the Fall 2018. The loft is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new hardwood floors. It is 15 minutes from Johnson City and 40 minutes from Asheville, NC. The lofts are on the second floor of a historic building with a separate entrance. There is a restaurant located on the first floor of the building.

My family was here for Nascar weekend. It was a great location! The loft was very clean and Julie made it very easy to check in. I would highly recommend this place.

First Stop on Vacation…
Was great 2 night stop for race in Bristol. The town is very laid back, almost a throwback to times past.
Wonderful location, spotlessly clean. Check in very easy. I would caution that there is no auditory privacy between bedrooms which was not an issue for us but may be for some.
Clean and very comfortable.
Everything you could need or want was provided, including toiletries.
Our hosts communicated with us prior and during our trip.
Great experience!
My mother and I had a short stay and we were very pleased with the renovations that were done to transform the second floor into the Lofts. The unit A which we stayed in was very clean and everything we needed was available in the unit. The only issue we had was my mother is getting up in age and the steps going up to the units was a struggle at times but besides that this is a great place to stay.
Great fun clean place. Nice little extras.
I’ve machine was acting up. And the main door needs a little WD40.
And since I’m there for a Botique show I’d really love to see a full length mirror.
This is my second stay. Super convenient location. A little high on price of your staying duration
We needed a convenient location for rafting Nolifest and this beautiful loft fit the bill! Plenty of room for 4 adults. Thankyou for the hospitality and availability for my "key pickle" lol. Julie is a great host and nice having the extras like salt n pepper :)
Super neat little place. Super cute. Very clean. Lots of added amenities. Comfortable beds. Hot showers & fluffy towels. Owner is Super responsive & helpful
The only thing missing was a full length mirror.
Does have several stairs that need to be inconsideration if you have issues w/that.
Will definitely look this place up for my next visit
My husband and I were in town for my sister’s wedding about 20 minutes up the mountain. I love nature but prefer all my amenities. With no brand name accommodations close by, we booked our stay at the loft. It’s so hard to trust a listing off the internet but this property over delivered. The day before our arrival the host messaged to inform us that our AC wasn’t working properly. They offered a discount and another loft, with plenty of warning. We were very appreciative. The area is just precious with lots of unique shops and food. The loft was very spacious and full of high quality finishes, like the bedding. My personal fave were the small snacks left on the island at check in. Such a simple gesture that only a few hosts truly understand! Who doesn’t want a granola bar after a long drive. The area was quiet and safe and we slept like babies, or should I say teenagers? The only feedback I have is minor.. the doors and keys were not easy to lock but we finally got the hang of it, and we felt very safe. We also would have preferred curtains or a black out shade for the bedroom window. Not that we didn’t like the pigeons we just didn’t want to see them as we drifted off to sleep. lol! We would definitely book again.
We were only here 2 nights, but the location was great for us and it was nice and cozy, given how cold the days and nights were. There was a coffee shop within steps for a quick morning coffee or breakfast sandwich. We would have loved to try the Union Street Taproom, just around the corner, but it wasn't open while we were there. The host was very quick with communication whenever I had a question. We would stay again.
Very nice loft exactly as pictured. Great instructions and labels on each appliance and lighter switch. The town is pretty dead though :(. Local restaurants and businesses were closed early or completely on the weekend.
This loft is a perfect getaway it’s so clean and super cute! Definitely will be revisiting! The manager of this property was really helpful with any questions we had!
We stayed here for a month, and it was perfect. The location is within walking distance from coffee shop, cafe, bakery, and a handful of shops. Even though it was on the Main Street, it was not loud and felt safe.
The loft was clean and well stocked. The WiFi worked wonderful because I work from home. The host was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family!
Experience was as advertised - clean, safe, comfortable lodging within walking distance to many local stores. We loved staying here and plan to use anytime we visit this part of the country.
Oh yeah, this place was perfect for us. There were two of us there, and it was just as described and pictured, not to mention is was super clean. We would definitely stay here again.
Very nice renovated loft on Main Street. They have filled it with everything you need. We were two couples in our 50's visiting Asheville area. It's about 50 miles north of Asheville located in a quaint town that looks to be revitalizing with shops and a few restaurants.
This renovated loft is exactly as pictured. Beautifully done. Spotlessly clean. Fully stocked with everything you need. I’ve stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and this was one of the nicest. The location is perfectly located right on Main St. We will definitely stay here again.
Love this comfortable, beautifully decorated loft!
The pictures were great, but seeing it is better! Very clean and spacious. We had so much fun in the mountains and on the river and this was an awesome place to come back to each evening! You can tell this loft was a labor of love!
The loft was so much more than we expected! Everything we could possibly need was there. The host was very accommodating when we decided to arrive earlier and leave later! It was a surprise to find this loft in Erwin where our relatives live!
We loved this property we stayed at it was beautiful the town was so quiet and very friendly!!
