Lovely Property

This is a very well equipped, clean and comfortable house. The sea views are lovely and the living space is great. The pool area is lovely and was well used with our 7 teenagers. The location is good, a short walk to the sandy beach with some good restaurants. Stephanie was very helpful at all points and welcoming.

Royan 2024

The villa was perfectly located close to the beach & restaurants. No driving was required except to supermarkets. There’s a lovely coastal promenade at the bottom of the road which is used by joggers and dog walkers. The villa itself was lovely, clean, well equipped and had all day sun around the pool & decking.

Great house

The host Stephanie was wonderful from the start and met us upon arrival. The house is great for large families and groups and only a very short walk to the beach. The children loved the pool however there was an issue with the filter whilst we were there and it was murky most days however this didn’t stop the kids enjoying it everyday. The house is very well equipped and has everything you need. An extra couple of chopping boards would be useful though. Amazing house and would love to go back. Thank you Stephanie x

Superbe villa, très agréable ! Suffisamment de chambres pour que chacun s'y sente à l'aise, et des espaces communs immenses et parfaitement conçus pour toute la famille. Une piscine très bien chauffée et absolument géniale pour y passer d'excellents moments tous ensemble ! Les chambres sont très agréables, spacieuses, les draps de qualité (et que c'est agréable d'avoir les lits faits à l'arrivée !), et les chambres de l'étage bénéficient d'une vue dont on ne se lasse pas (mer et phare de Cordouan, c'est beau à toute heure de la journée !). Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille! La propriétaire est très accueillante, et la plage est à 5 minutes de marche! Tout est parfait !

Magnifique maison, très agréable à vivre
