Tranquil experience with clean air and outstanding views

The villa is quite remote on an unmade road so Bernard met us in the village and led us in. The location is splendid, the views are of mountains and forest with the sea in the distance. It is very private, not overlooked. All the equipment you need is on hand. The pool is clean and clear with weekly servicing and plenty of sunloungers. There are excellent restaurants close by, better than anything we found on the coast. Good supermarkets are 15-20 minutes drive away so take a list and dont forget anything. The village has a basic restaurant and bar with friendly service. A couple of debit points to consider, the pool surround is stony and uncomfortable in bare feet and we found the mattresses rather hard. There are two bedrooms in the tower with the only tower bathroom in one of them , something to consider when deciding who sleeps where. Other than that this was a dreamy vacation. Any queries we had were answered swiftly by Annie using email which ironed out any language issues. Annie and Bernard were a joy to do business with.

Lovely mountain villa with two separate units

Had a wonderful stay in this villa near the top of a small mountain. Surrounding mountain and sea views are stunning. Charming hosts, in person check in/ check out. Property has 2 separate units which are about the same size, with different layouts. Main house: one level, kitchen (fridge, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.) living, dining, main bedroom, small bedroom (trundle bed), and bathroom (w/tub) in hallway. The tower next to it has a living area with kitchenette on the ground floor (kettle, small grill oven, mini fridge, no sink). Next floor is a bedroom with bathroom (bathtub) en suite. Top floor has a bedroom (no bathroom). Mattresses: main bedroom (king, firm), small bedroom has two twin mattresses (soft), the tower has two queen mattresses (firm). There are pillows, bed covers and very soft and warm mohair blankets (bring your own linens, towels and bathmats). Space heaters make rooms cozy in evenings. Accessibility: From parking area, to enter main house, walk 2 steps up or a small ramp to terrace (no hand rails), then 3-4 steps up to front or back door (no hand rails). For tower, no steps to enter. Inside, very steep steps with hand rails. Tubs in both units don't have hand rails. Pool is very well maintained. There is a clothes washing machine and ample clothes line for drying. A quiet peaceful area with no immediate neighbors, in the middle of forest and nature. The sunrise and sunsets, and stars at night are spectacular!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. La vue de la maison et la piscine est époustouflante. La communication avec l'hôte et la personne qui nous a accueillit s'est fait très facilement avec beaucoup d'adaptabilité vis à vis de notre horaire d'arrivé. A noté que la voiture est vraiment indispensable pour accéder la maison qui est haut perchée après routes goudronnées et routes de terre. Nous recommandons totalement la location de cette maison qui permet un réel dépaysement et dans laquelle nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Super mooie locatie!Werden vriendelijk welkom geheten door Annie en Bernard,het contact verliep goed via de app/mail.Het zwembad was schoon en werd ook tussendoor schoongemaakt.Je moet wel zelf beddengoed mee nemen evenals handdoeken. Het huis staat op een berg,dat was best hoog maar wel te doen,ondanks mijn hoogtevrees.Het waren 2 mooie weken.Een echte aanrader voor rust en een mooi uitzicht.

Vacances reposantes

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances au calme. La maison est bien équipée. Très bon accueil par les propriétaires. Il est nécessaire d’avoir un véhicule car le centre du hameau est à 2-3 kms. Vous avez accès au centre du hameau à une grande piscine, avec un maître nageur et très peu de monde, à un terrain de tennis, de foot de rue, basket, table de ping pong, volley…. Nous recommandons !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle maison sur les hauteurs de sant Miquel d’Aro Annie et Bernard sont des hôtes charmants, leur accueil est très chaleureux et leurs conseils sont précieux pour passer un bon séjour espagnol Nous étions 5 (2 couples et un ado) la maison proposant 2 parties séparée permet à chacun des couples d’avoir son intimité Et se retrouver sur la grande terrasse devant la piscine Il y a plein de pistes qui partent à proximité de la maison permettant de faire des balades ou courses à pieds pour les sportifs L’accès à l’urbanisation permet de pouvoir faire un tennis ou volley et de profiter d’une grande piscine
