Cozy two bedroom cottage located .5 miles to Hagis Beach! Home features separate living room and lovely family room giving your family plenty of room to spread out. Family room leads out to spacious deck with ample seating. New ceilings with recessed lighting were recently added as well as new flooring in family room. Amenities include air conditioning in each bedroom and family room, gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower and WiFi.

Close attractions and restaurants include Holiday Hill mini golf, The Original Seafood Restaurant, The Oyster Company, Thai Ocha Cafe, Honey Dew Donuts, Chapin's Fish and Chips, Cleat and Anchor, Bandera's, the South Side Cantina, The Dog House, and Woolfie's Coffee and Breakfast Bakery. There are no shortage of options when you rent this home!

This place was very close to the beach which was awesome and the back yard/porch was great. The house was slightly clutter, and the full sized bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Other than than, the kitchen was well stocked (with cooking gear) and overall happy with the place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very cute and convenient to beaches!!! It fit our family of five great but we had to put away a ton of decor that isn’t needed. The twin beds were comfy but the double bed was super uncomfortable (needs to be replaced). The kitchen was small but very clean and had everything you needed. The yard and deck were great!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the house was not meant for 4 people.Way too small.,It also has structural problems on the sun porch and the kitchen ceiling. The photos were deceiving considering the abandoned car in the driveway that they don't show you in the pictures. Really was very disappointed considering the money I spent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little cottage. Close to the town beaches. Nice private yard with deck. Had rain in the beginning of our week, so we didn't utilize the rear deck as much. Plenty of space for a family of four. Extremely small kitchen, but made it work. The price is very reasonable. My only criticism/complaint would be of the bed in the master bedroom. It was HORRIBLE. Might has well have been sleeping on plywood. I've been vacationing in Dennis Port with my family for years and we use Martha Murray every time. I have never left comments, but I felt I needed to this time. I highly recommend replacing the bed/mattress in the master. Other than that, this place is a gem! I would gladly rent this cottage again given this recommendation is taken into consideration. Thank you for a great stay.
