New Stone backyard patio and walkways adorned with detailed landscaping and deluxe outdoor shower. Amenities include central ac, washer, dryer, and wifi. Only .3 miles to a shared private river beach and playground with kayaking paddle launch onto Bass River. Less than a mile to West Dennis Beach. Home has You Tube TV, streaming only.

We enjoy walking in the neighborhood and viewing the Bass river close by.The downstairs is comfortable with the a/c, but the upstairs is hard to cool down. 2 fans were supplied, but only 1 worked.The house is well cared for and clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for a family with kids. Neighborhood safe for them to ride bikes. Beach within walking distance. House fully equipped with everything for a great stay. A few things that could have made for an even better stay: The 2nd floor was a bit hot - the AC did not do a great job cooling it off (we do like a cold house). The twin beds in one of the bedrooms a bit short for my 14 year old son. The management company was excellent. We will be renting the same house again next summer!
