Pleasant studio for 2 people without vis-à-vis (3rd floor with view over the roofs) in a pedestrian street in the historic center of La Rochelle (rue des Canards). Located in the hypercentre, 50 m from the Old Port, it is ideally placed for a holiday without a car.

Bel appartement idéalement situé.

L' appartement situé en plein cœur du vieux port de la Rochelle est très pratique pour des gens qui veulent comme nous découvrir la ville et l'ensemble de ses monuments. En effet, une fois la voiture posée sur un parking, tout peut se faire à pied. Appartement sobre mais fonctionnel, très bien équipé. La vue sur les toits est également superbe . Pour terminer les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Le seul point qui peut-être négatif est que l'appartement étant situé au 3e étage, les escaliers pourraient repousser des personnes à mobilité réduite. En tout cas nous avons vraiment apprécié cette location et nous reviendrons très certainement.
