The farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped for any length of stay. The main level features the master King-size bedroom with smart TV & is beautifully furnished. Enjoy the private office with WIFI, a second full-size bedroom & a new bathroom also on the main floor. The beds are all brand new with sateen sheets and luxury towels. Relax in the comfortable living room in the reclining chairs or couch. The lower level has a family rec area, lovely queen-sized bedroom & brand new washer/dryer. This home is just a few blocks from one of the most desirable parts of historic southwest Rochester so enjoy your walks while looking at some amazing homes. The yard is fenced in and there is a single stall garage for you to use.

A Little Gem

This cozy nest gave us comfort and much needed rest while going through medical procedures at Mayo. So close to the hospital facilities. In the heart of a lovely neighborhood with parks and tree lined boulevards. This host and all of Rochester were amazing to us during our stay. Highly recommend it!

Great for Mayo Clinic visits

The house worked great for our stay while having a stem cell transplant. It’s close to the Mayo Clinic, shopping and everything else we needed. I’d highly recommend for multi week stays.
