Von Anfang an wurden wir vom Eigentümer sehr herzlich empfangen! Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr schön. Notwendige Sachen ist vorhanden. Ein Pluspunkt ist die Terrasse, und die Umgebung ist ideal mit allen notwendigen Geschäften in der Nähe. Ihr Auto kann die ganze Zeit nach Ihren Wünschen auf einem geschlossene privaten Parkplatz mit Überwachungskamera stehen. bleiben. Ein echtes schöne Wohnung.Nur Empfele.

Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas le quartier, l'appartement est idéalement situé !

Dès notre arrivée, nous sommes très bien accueillis par la propriétaire ! L'appartement est très bien équipé, tout le nécessaire est à disposition et tout est propre. Le plus avec la terrasse, et l'environnement est idéal avec tous les commerces nécessaires à proximité. Votre voiture peut ne pas bouger de la semaine selon vos envies dans un parking privé. Une belle pépite! La climatisation serait un plus, mais les ventilateurs mis à disposition font le "taf" lors de fortes chaleur.

Hébergement exceptionnel!!

Des notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris de la taille de l'appartement qui est beaucoup plus grand que ce que les photos laissent penser!! Une place de parking située juste a côté de l'entrée avec une barrière automatique qui permet de garer son véhicule en toute sécurité etait la 2 ème surprise!! Louisa nous a tres bien acceuilli, visite de l'appartement et quelques consignes à respecter et nous voila installé dans un appartement tres propres et tres fonctionnel!! Tout est à disposition des draps aux serviettes en passant même par les jeux de sociétés pour les enfants!! Cuisine parfaitement équipée, grill exterieur, machine à laver et sèche linge, douche très grande et fonctionnelle!! La terrasse est un vrai plus, surtout comparé au petit balcons des voisins!! De quoi être vraiment à l'aise même en exterieur!! La région est superbe!! Des brochures étaient à dispositions pour organiser les decouvertes de la région!! Les plages sont à quelques minutes et l'appartement est proche de la boulangerie, la pharmacie, la station service et les supermarchés!! Toute la famille est ravie de notre séjour et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir une prochaine fois!! Louisa est au top tout comme son appartement!! 5 étoiles bien méritées!!!

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Sie hat sich viel Mühe mit der Kommunikation gegeben und immer auf Fragen geantwortet. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung Toller Herd, Backofen, toller Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern, Waschmaschine. Netter Garten mit Tisch. Leider an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Daher zu laut zum draußen gemütlich sitzen oder Fenster offen lassen. Das war der einzige Minuspunkt.

très joli appartement

Appartement ordonné, confortable et avec le petit jardin est idéal pour les familles avec enfants. Tout prés il y a un supermarché (Intermarché), boucherie, boulangerie, pharmacie, parc pour les entants à 800 mt. Les plages sont un peu loines, sourtout parce que la route n.est pas plate, mais avec la voiture est très confortable parce qu'il y a plein de parking sur la promenade

Appartement conforme à l'annonce.le petit extérieur est tres agreable. L'appartement est très bien situé ( commerces,plages , restaurants...) Louisa est une hôte très agréable et disponible. Nous avons passé une super semaine à cagnes.

Super bien.

Très joli appartement bien situé, à 15 min à pied de la plage. On peut faire ses courses à pied avec supermarché, boulangerie et restaurant à moins de 200m. Très bien pour un couple avec 2 enfants.
