#410 is a top floor corner unit with stunning views. The primary bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms both feature ensuite bathrooms and king beds. The third bedroom offers a split king bed. The entire unit has been tastefully remodeled. The bar/counter has seating for 6 people and the living room features a warm and inviting fireplace with nice southern views. Outside the living area is a large wraparound balcony with views of Aspen Mountain.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, and HD digital cable. Lift One has a warm and welcoming lobby with a guest computer, free laundry facilities, a ski locker room with boot dryers, and a large grill in our courtyard for barbequing. Our property features a pool and a hot tub for your enjoyment. We've been coming to Aspen for many years and never stayed in the West End. Lift One has an amazing location and we would certainly stay here again. The condo was roomy and perfect for our family of 5. I would highly recommend staying at Lift One ...... we had a great time and loved our accommodations!

Great condo in great location

The condo was just as wonderful as pictured online. Check in was a breeze with nice staff. We liked this corner unit with the wraparound balcony. Very clean with nice cleaning staff.

Perfect accommodation

This property is a corner unit on the top floor with 3 large bedrooms and a wrap around balcony with views of Aspen Mountain. Incredible location, downtown, and a very short walk to Shadow Mtn lift. The unit is directly above the hot tub. There is the option to have 3 king bedrooms or 2 king with 3rd br as two doubles. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

We’ll located reasonable Aspen accommodations

Very well located, older complex. Well maintained with good on-site management. Nice hot tub, small pool and propane BBQ in courtyard. We stayed in a 3 BR unit on top floor with a nice view of Aspen Mt. The only knocks would be: 1. Poorly equipped kitchen considering this is about a $3M condo in the heart of Aspen. 2. All 3 bathrooms are en suite, it would be better if ones were accessible from the common area. All in all, we’d stay again.

Amazing place!

We stayed at this condo for 3 nights- it looked exactly as pictured! Spacious and very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. The location was so great! Right in downtown and a literally a 7 minute walk from ALL the places we needed to be. Thanks for a great stay Lift One :)

Great Aspen Stay

This was a fantastic condo perfect for 3 couples. The condo is located a few short blocks from downtown so we were able to walk everywhere. The unit is well appointed, on the top floor, with a wrap around balcony with views of aspens and the mountain. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

We loved our 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo at Lift One. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful. Location to downtown was great. Unit 406 had a great view of the mountain. Condo was super clean and service was great.

Great locations with lots of space

This was just what we were looking for. Great location and lots of room. My son loved the pool. The wraparound porch is nice. Only warning, there is no A/C. If you open windows and get a breeze through the unit, it’s very pleasant, but we did not plan ahead the first night and it was a sauna.

Christmas in Aspen

Condo is well situated, comfortably furnished. Need better bed pillows and perhaps a throw for the sofa, but otherwise all good. Due to Covid we ate in, and the grill was nice to use. Laundry is not in unit, but that was a mild inconvenience. We had a great week!

Amazing location to downtown Aspen

Clean, well-equipped, 3 bedroom condo close to downtown. House keeping came in everyday. Hot tub and pool were open and office was convenient. Would definitely rent again!
