This charming 300 sq ft ground-level studio sits just 20 feet from the banks of the beautiful Crystal River, with sliding glass doors that open directly to the water. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, this cozy escape blends comfort, convenience, and unbeatable walkability in one of the area’s most scenic settings.

Inside, the thoughtfully designed studio offers a comfortable and inviting space to unwind after a day outdoors. Natural light filters in through the sliding glass doors, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the peaceful riverside just beyond your doorstep. Step outside and you’re instantly immersed in nature.
Kitchenette
The well-equipped kitchenette provides everything you need for easy meals and relaxed mornings. Amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, built-in dual-burner cooktop, toaster, dishware, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. Complimentary K-Cups, cream, and sugar are provided so you can start each day with coffee in hand and the river just outside.
Please note that this unit does not have a dishwasher, full stove, or oven.
