House located at the foot of a mountain 1'5km 5km from Gandia and its beaches. Oriented garden with a private swimming pool, sun terrace with loungers, gazebo and barbecue terrace. The interior is divided into well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils, toaster, coffee maker etc ...) shower room, living room connected to the porch by a wide drop door, which connects the two volumes, and three bedrooms (one double, one single and one triple)
