Newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage with ocean view

Newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage on the same property with the oceanside main house. Originally built in 1889 as a barn and later used as a carriage house, the Cottage was painstakingly updated retaining most of the original 2 x6 beams. Each of the two bedrooms have twin-size mattresses as window seats enabling each room to sleep up to 3 people. The main floor has an open floor plan for the living room and kitchen with a small table with two chairs and a kitchen island that seats up to 4. There is a powder room and laundry room also on the ground floor.

There is an optional Linen Package if you would like shower towels, beach towels and sheets provided, for $100.

Fantastic Cottage

I absolutely loved the property. The cottage was beautiful, warm and full of personality. It was beautifully decorated and had everything one would need. The location was fantastic. I highly recommend.

This property is very nice. Beautiful house that has been recently renovated. It is the back cottage so no access to the beautiful water views. Very conveniently located.

Beautiful, high end cottage

We stayed at this cottage for my brothers wedding weekend and it was the perfect location (he got married at the towers). Simply put, this cottage was gorgeous! No detail was missed! High end finishes throughout. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay! Highly recommend this property!

View of the ocean

This is a very attractive modern home - super clean! Central AC worked well. Just off a busy road so you will hear cars, but solidly built so sound is minimized. We were able to extend our stay longer than a week through the weekend which was perfect for us. A really nice spot!
