This condo was absolutely perfect for our family beach trip! The view is stunning, especially early morning sunrises with dolphins swimming by. It’s located right on the main stretch making us 10-15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. Communication with Sara was excellent and very easy. Highly recommend this condo; we will be staying again whenever we come back to Orange Beach!

The Baxter's have been Orange Beach condo owners for over 20 years. We love this town - the beach, restaurants, amazing trail systems, golf, etc., and easy access to all the area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

While enjoying our previous location, we finally found THE perfect unit in THE perfect location. With only 32 units, parking is convenient and privacy is assured. The beach here is sugary white, and right out back! Amazing views from the master, living room, and balcony. Meanwhile out front, grocery stores, restaurants, Starbucks, etc. are within walking distance. Larger than the cookie-cutter 800-900 square foot units, a spacious 1,200 sf. awaits you. It has been completely remodeled - all flooring, new kitchen and appliances, bathroom furnishings, TV, lighting/ceiling fans, newly painted, and new king size mattress. New double beds in second bedroom. All new furniture in the living room and the master bedroom and new shower in the master bathroom. The guest bathroom was recently updated with a new tub and tile surround. All beds have new bed covers.
