Home was recently updated. All the essentials including modern appliances. Very clean and bright. Very nice backyard. Close easy access to anything you need shopping dining or beach, we even often walked. Friendly quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Home is very good, communication from owner re ongoing street construction did not occur

Good: home, amenities, location, matched what was shown and listed within Vrbo. Bad: electrical outlet falling off wall in Lanai room, hazard to small children lack of any communication prior to move in from owners on multi-year complete street re-construction ( sewers, water lines, street rain gutters)...entire road and front lawns up and down street were torn up when we arrived and during our stay the front lawn, half of driveway were taken out, construction m-sat 7-5, construction toilet placed on front lawn for 4 days, no parking on street nor driveway for several days, excavator, front end loader, dump trucks noise every day...lots of dust/dirt.....each of guests asked if we were aware of this and surprised that we were not told by owners....this was not a surprise to owners as signs posted on street and project summarized on county web site....owners should have called us prior to moving in and given us heads up, disappointed us as they have Premier Host rating on vrbo and communication prior to move in was excellent

Great place and location

Great place and location in the North Naples area. Pictures really don't show how nice this place is. Our host has the place adequately stocked with dishes, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. It's really too far to walk to the beach if you're carrying stuff, but very short drive. You could easily ride the bikes if you don't take much stuff with you. I'd definitely stay here again!
