About this property

Newly remodeled home 1/2 mile from the Bluebill Beach Access, just south of the entrance to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. This public beach access is a lovely 10 minute stroll or quick bike ride through Conner Park. This is as close as you can get to the beach in Naples Park! The home is actually as close as the pin location shows. It is located on a very quiet street and the backyard is also facing a quiet street.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai and bird watch for the local birds such as cardinals, blue jays and even the occasional crane that may stop by to visit! Or star gaze in the Adirondack chairs for a relaxing end to your day.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials you will need to cook or grill. Including coffee maker, toaster, blender.

Four bikes are available to guests. Beach essentials that are provided include: four beach chairs, six beach towels, umbrella and cooler. This all can fit in the beach buggy for an easy walk to the beach.

Close to beach

Lovely home just as it appears in photos. Well appointed kitchen and bath with new furnishings. Lanai was perfect and great for birdwatching in the yard. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach cart made taking our belongings so easy. Monica was a pleasure to deal with and was very welcoming. Would highly recommend this home!

Very nice home

Monica (the owner) has obviously put great thought and investment into this VRBO. Most of the house has been newly updated to provide comfort and the feeling of being in a new house. Commumications are promptly responded to and it is obvious Monica cares about the renter having a good experience. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect vacation house

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house is ideally located near the beach, shopping and restaurants. It is nicely updated, clean, homey and well-stocked with great amenities. The owners are so friendly and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property

This property is extremely nice & the accommodations were perfect for us. The house is nicely decorated, comfortable & all the appliances were of very good quality. The neighborhood was peaceful & great to ride bikes. We appreciated the beach buggy, chairs & umbrella. Monica also gave us some excellent dining suggestions. Very pleased with our visit & it’s a definite recommendation!
