This house is as advertised - great location, spacious and clean, and an amazing rooftop deck. Communication with Kevin was easy and he got back right away. Easy check in and check out instructions. Our group loved it!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to the Gulch and short Uber ride to downtown Broadway. We had a few hiccups but Kevin was very quick to respond and fix issues. Beautiful views from the large rooftop deck.

Property was very nice and highly recommended. We picked this place because of the location and each bedroom had their own private bathroom. It was well stocked but some kitchen items were scattered throughout the kitchen in different drawers. Communication about check in and check out were satisfactory. Overall, we had a great experience.

Great space in a really cool part of the city. Clean rooms, awesome rooftop and great communication with host who allowed us an early check-in since the property was open, which saved us some down time due to our early flight arrival. This VRBO property was probably one of the most awesome I’ve visited! The host communicated in a timely fashion, and equipped this home with all the amenities necessary for a wonderful stay. It was clean, tidy, & decorated beautifully. The location was excellent- so close to everything! Garage parking for 2 vehicles was a bonus. It’s difficult to find a favorite thing, but, the rooftop view, seating,& fire pit- Amazing!
