Great house, so comfy. It has everything you need or want. Cozy fireplaces and beautiful views. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. The host was always available if needed.
Beautiful property As a birthday gift for my 3 children and their families I booked a week. It was a perfect location and a magnificent view of the mountains Everyone had their own bedroom and adjoining bath each on a different level My kids loved it and are planning to book it again
Beautiful large home with private areas for every guest. Fantastic views of the mountains - pictures never do justice to the views. We enjoyed wildlife as well - a moose, a few deer, a couple of foxes and many chipmunks made the view all the more enjoyable (although we felt as though we may have been invading their territory!)
The property is wonderful! The home has a fully equipped kitchen, was immaculately clean, beautiful view, and still had a secluded-in-the-woods type of feel. The management team was highly communicative with text and email so the check in and check out processes were easy.
We will absolutely stay at this home again. But more importantly we will stay with this company again.
We had a lot of fun and totally enjoyed the lovely home and saw 4 moose!!! Two younger moose on one morning and a cow and her calf on another morning. The mountain views are outstanding. Everything was immaculate. Our adults kids and grandkids all had a fantastic week.
We had a great time. Kitchen was stocked with utensils. Hot tub was already on for us when we arrived. A couple of us had some altitude sickness so remember to take your time ascending to Breck!
The long views of the majestic Rockies are spiritual. The home is a window to nature at its best. It is clear that the owners understand bringing nature into every corner of the home. You will leave rested, restored and determined to return.

First of all, views are to die for. This is a beautiful property that is well kept up. If you are looking for a clean property, this is it. The house was immaculate, the towels we fluffy, and the sheets were fresh and new. We would definitely book here again.

This home is probably another 400-500 feet above hwy 9(so close to 10000 feet. As a result, the view of the 10 mile range is spectacular. The place is HUGE and every bedroom has a bathroom. We had deer in the yard every morning and a very friendly fox. Close to golf and hiking and Breck. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in the Breck Valley!

Breath-taking views that even the rodents in the house enjoyed..
The views of this home were nothing short of breath-taking, we loved the convenience of being close to town but also in a private estate. I would have love our stay more if we didn't have a mouse infestation. I kid you not mouse droppings in every room. For a stay of this caliber, we kind of expected at least 1 of the 2 coffee machines to have worked. In short, if you love being infested with a rodents, no radon mitigation system working, no batteries in the carbon monoxide detectors and crappy coffee, the place is all yours! I will say the host was generous enough to give us a refund for our mice infested food, however when we asked for a partial refund we were completely dismissed. It seemed the host was not concerned with our stay. This to say, this home would not be our first choice next we visit Breck! Happy rental hunting!
