Hyper modern house finished in January 2017 on the edge of hills and 4 minutes from the shopping center, beaches and 3 beautiful Golfcorses
It is composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has a floor area of 110 m2 on a plot of 350 m2
It has a 100 m2 solarium with an unobstructed view and a terrace with 8 m long swimming pool facing south-west
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine in the basement
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are modular in rooms with 2 beds or a double bed
The bathrooms are magnificent with double sink, mirror cabinet, shower and wc
one of the 2 bathrooms has a separate wc
the situation is ideal
- located opposite a hill and a small park, therefore not overlooked
- located in Villamartin 2 minutes from the magnificent VILLAMARTIN golf course
- located a few minutes from the magnificent Golf de LAS RAMBLAS and CAMPOAMOR
- located 10 minutes from the big city of Torrevieja
- located 4 minutes from the large ZĂ©nia shopping center; ZENIA BOULEVARD

Our second visit to this wonderful villa, so we are a little biased. Fantastic communication, great meet and greet, the villa is spacious, fully equipped, great pool, great wifi, very well located. Definitely worth a visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was very clean, and has everything to give a comfortable holiday with air con etc. It’s well worth paying the extra to have the pool heated. Local contact was very helpful.

We absolutely had an amazing week away. The villa was immaculate and communication for everything from leading up to our stay to gaining access was second to none. I would definitely stay here again. The children both aged 11 loved being able to get into the pool whenever they wanted. The whole stay was just perfect.

Great summer in even better villa

We had a two week stay in July and August with 3 children and 1 grandchild. The villa was beautiful, everything looked almost brand-new and everything we needed or could think of was available in the villa. Besides the well equipped kitchen there was even an electrical BBQ outside. We especially liked the great airco and the nice pool as it was very very warm during the first week. Almost 40 degrees every day.

Villa was everything you would expect, would’ve preferred the extras to be more eveident rather than lower down in the description. Paying for linen is a new one for me as every villa I have rented before has had bedding, towels I get but bedding. When said bedding arrived was one very thin sheet?! Overall very nice villa though

Vacances trÚs agréable dans la villa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Elle est trÚs bien équipée et spacieuse. Le roof top apporte un plus indéniable. Una casa Preciosa sin limpiar

La casa era Preciosa, muy bien equipada, pero lamentablemente la limpieza no era la adecuada , el sofĂĄ estaba sucio, tuve que ponerle unas sĂĄbanas,en el cubo de la fregona habĂ­a una cucaracha,las ventanas traseras sin limpiar y la zona trasera con excrementos de animales.Lo peor fue que al decĂ­rselo al propietario este envĂ­o mi correo a su limpiadora con todos mis datos,procediendo estĂĄ a escribirme un correo bastante desagradable,sin asumir un error que lo puede cometer cualquiera.Vaya por delante que en ningĂșn momento pedĂ­ ni rebaja del precio ni similar, solo que lo tuviese en cuenta porque quien habĂ­a ido a limpiar no lo habĂ­a hecho y me encontrĂ© con una cesiĂłn de datos y encima una bronca de la limpiadora por haber informado al propietario.Unos hechos que alteraron nuestras vacaciones.El propietario no estuvo a la altura de la situaciĂłn.

Traumhaft, wenn man sich erholen möchte


Der Vermieter ist super und korrekt. Das Haus und die höherwertige Ausstattung perfekt und durchdacht! Betten sind gut! Die Beschreibung ist 1:1 richtig. Einziges Manko fĂŒr uns: Wir ( Kaffetrinker) haben eine Warmhaltekanne fĂŒr den Kaffee vermisst, da wir zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten aufgestanden sind, wurde der Kaffee leider kalt. Lösung haben wir dann fĂŒr uns gefunden🙈. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl und sicher gefĂŒhlt. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend und deshalb sehr erholsam. Da wir Fahrzeuge vor Ort hatten, war das kein Problem. Dieses Haus wĂŒrden wir immer wieder mieten, wenn wir nochmals an der Costa Calida Urlaub verbringen! Vielen vielen Dank an den Vermieter!!!!

Excellent villa in a good location

The whole process was simple from start to finish, the booking included very flexible terms such as cancellation with full refund up to a month before travel. The villa is better than it looks in the photos, very spacious and well appointed. In a quiet area but close enough to everything, you do need a car as the nearest supermarket & restaurant are 20+ minutes walk.
