Delightful house in a panoramic position immersed in the green of the Maratea valley, a short distance from the characteristic historical center and only 1.2 km from the sea.
The house consists of a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, large terrace with sea view (equipped with table and chairs), double bedroom and bathroom.
The house has a private parking space, television, free wi-fi, washing machine and mosquito nets.
The linen service (sheets and towels) is included in the cost of the apartment as well as cleaning at the end of the stay.
The nearest beach is about 1.2 km away in the small village of Maratea di Fiumicello, however the coast of Maratea stretches along 33km with numerous beaches and coves with different characteristics within a few minutes by car.

Bella casa in zona panoramica vicino al mare
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana alle case di Nina in 3 + cane. Siamo stati benissimo. I proprietari sono gentili e molto disponibili e la casa è ben attrezzata con tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza. Abbiamo soprattutto goduto l'ampio terrazzo con vista sul mare e sulle campagne di Maratea. Un posto da raccomandare

SPLENDIDE !
Une vue imprenable dans un logement spacieux. Accueillis avec gentillesse par Nina nous avons passé 2 nuits au calme, proches de tout. Je recommande vivement pour visiter Maratea et sa région. Les contacts avec Riccardo ont été cordiaux et utiles.
