Fairview estates custom built gorgeous home!

Wonderful location, especially if you want to explore all that Summit County has to offer 5 minutes to Breckenridge, 15 minutes to Keystone and Copper Mountain ski areas, right off highway 9, but very quiet and feels very secluded. A 3 minute walk to the free bus stop that drops you off right at Breckenridge gondola in 5 minutes.
This modern custom built home on half an acre has plenty of space and a fabulous gourmet kitchen, all high end stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a 6 burner gas cooktop on an enormous island that seats 5 people, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking anything! There is a step down open dining area with an artistic hand made metal table that seats 8, and there are many windows and a set of french doors off of the dining area onto the patio. There is a built in desk in the great room
The 3rd floor of the house is all master suite with high ceilings, there is a spacious master bathroom with a high-powered two-person jacuzzi tub and a very large shower with two high end shower heads, and their are 2 custom made granite bowl sinks on concrete countertops, and a walk in closet. The views are gorgeous throughout the house, but spectacular from from the master suite.
The two bedrooms on the main level each have their own bathroom, one bedroom sleeps 4 (queen and full) and has childrens books of all ages, which is a great room for kids, the other guest room has a queen-size bed with a television also in it and plenty of board games in the closet.
The heated 3 car garage is available for all ski/bike/ golf storage needs and 1 large vehicle and one small vehicle could be parked in garage. You enter thru the x-large front door. the owner sometimes uses the completely separate basement area off the garage.
The main level of the house has a very open spacious feeling with large 16 foot ceilings and beautiful wood curved beams, with lots of windows!! An 11x14 large oriental rug in main area covers the bamboo floors, which is throughout the rest of the house. Their is a 47 inch Smart TV with access to Netflix, etc. above the fireplace. with High speed internet. Off of the main level there is a large laundry room. There is a built in surround sound system throughout the house, and a gas fireplace. The beds are very comfortable with high quality linens. The entire house is in floor radiant heat, so comfy on the feet. I do have a no shoes policy. You have access to using the garage for 2 vehicles and storing skis/bikes etc. . I do accept one pet, so if you cant leave your loved one at home, they are welcome in my home, as I am a lab lover myself.

We had the best time staying at Jodi’s beautiful home in Breckenridge. She was extremely accommodating and welcoming. The house itself is gorgeous. You get amazing mountain view’s and the neighborhood felt very safe and secure. I hope we get a chance to stay here again!

Fabulous family vacation!

Jody was awesome! Anything we needed, was there. We had four families with three young children staying at the house, we all had our own space and bathrooms. Jody’s beautiful home is nestled in a wonderful location just minutes from the Breckenridge Gondola and downtown - it was perfect. We will definitely be going back!!

Lovely home. Great kitchen. Tons of eating space. Wonderful master suite. (Wish the bed was a king). Perfect location to zip in/out to Breck and Frisco, while avoiding traffic and general chaos of the towns. Easy drive to all the mountains, including Vail. Garage parking was awesome. Dog-friendly! Owner was very easy to communicate with and very friendly.

Beautiful home, good location

Beautifully appointed home with everything you need. The owner responds immediately and is a wealth of information about everything in Breck. The home is located just a few miles from downtown and the gondola. Vail is just a 30 min drive. We especially appreciated being able to park a car in the garage, the fireplace and the outdoor fire pit. The kitchen also has all the pots/pans/utensils to cook meals. The owner kept the driveway clear of snow so getting our car in and out was a breeze. The upstairs jetted tub was a real treat after a day on the mountain.

Lovely host and property, unfortunately a few issues

Jody is a lovely host with a lovely home. The house is in an excellent location, close to the heart of Breck in a quiet neighborhood. Jody was very quick to respond, kind and enjoyable to talk to. The house is spacious and nice. We knew that Jody would stay in the locked off basement during part of the stay. We did NOT know that a friend of hers would stay a night in the basement until 2 hours before the friend arrived. We were VERY uncomfortable with someone else besides Jody staying overnight in the house. We would NEVER have stayed here if we knew the locked off basement would be used by anyone besides the owner!!!! We did not realize that we would not have direct entry to the house from the garage. We had to walk up so many steps to get in and out of the house with our luggage and ski gear. The steps were icy and not easy to get up/down in ski boots. The entryway is quite large but does not have a great setup for ski gear. The master is upstairs and does not have a door. The master shower also does not have a door and because of that showering was cold! The back door did not lock. A locksmith was supposed to come fix it and never showed up. We had to put a chair up against the door when we left and at night. The internet was spotty at times. Netflix often kicked us out because people were watching from the same account in other locations. We just had more issues than anticipated that definitely took away from our vacation, especially given the price we paid for the week.

Amazing Fairview

We spent an amazing month at this property . We all loved it . The communication with our Host Ms Jodi was always swift and helpful and an amazing inspiration. The check in and check out was so easy and the instructions simple and clear . The home was exactly as it looked on the VRBO website . It was very clean and welcoming . The home has everything we could have imagined needing and more . The home had so much space inside and outside and the views of the mountains was wonderful to wake up to each morning . The owner also allowed us the use of the garage which was fantastic as we had brought bikes and other outdoor equipment. The location is quiet and peaceful and at the same time so very close to the cycle path that runs to Breckenridge in one direction and Frisco the other. The free bus stop is just at the rotary on the main road both directions and was easy to catch every hour . There are so many beautiful trails nearby . This home is a perfect base for a vacation to chill and relax or get out there and find adventure. We would highly recommend this home it was so beautiful- we have already booked a return stay for next year . A huge thanks for letting us stay from the Tosh Clan with 2 & 4 legs .

Beautiful Mountain Home

We stayed at this home for a week over Thanksgiving and thoroughly enjoyed the home and the Breckenridge area. The home is gorgeous and easily accommodated our family of 6. The heated floors were especially cozy as well as the beautiful kitchen and master suite. We were intrigued by the many books about outdoor activities including quite a few about Mt Everest. The Himalayan artifacts led us to ask the owner who revealed casually that she was on the first all-women team to climb Everest in 2002. I highly recommend this great vacation home.

Beautiful house in a gorgeous location

Stayed with our 2 kids, 10 and 12 years old, and our labrador pup. Everyone had plenty of space to stretch out. The house is in a very convenient location and had all the amenities we needed. Jody is a gem and an inspiration, and we hope to visit again sometime!

Jody’s home is beautiful and in a great location. My family loved riding our bikes into town along the River. The ride back to the house is even more fun as it’s mostly all downhill! We had plenty of space in the two story home plus access to the garage. The master bedroom suite being upstairs and by itself makes it a wonderful retreat. Jody was so helpful and welcoming. We would love to come back!

Great Location and Mountain View

Beautiful open concept home located in a very convenient, yet tucked away location. Great outdoor space to relax with lots of seating surrounded by wildflowers. The owner is exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. Owner’s responsiveness was quick and very helpful. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house is very well appointed and comfortable, although no TV available in main living area. Our family, including our dog, will certainly return for another stay.
