Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized East corner, 6th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, exceptionally furnished and a perfect rental for your family!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen Smart TV in living room and a flat screen 60" Smart TVs in the master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a 55" Smart TV in 4th bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds and two just installed twin sized loft beds in the 3rd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 4th bedroom along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 16.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



Phoenix Orange Beach is perfectly located right in the middle of Orange Beach! Conveniently located across the street are grocery stores and several restaurants including Moe's BBQ, Hurricane Grill, Starbucks, Chronic Tacos, Subway, Cafe Beignets, Rotolo's Pizzeria, Gilbys, Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen and many more.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Family Beach Trip

We are a family of 10 and wanted to all stay together. This condo was the perfect size giving everyone their own private space and bathrooms . The decor was perfect for being at the beach . We especially liked the spacious size of the balcony .

Amazing family vaca! Condo worked great for 8 adults and 5 children. Balcony was wonderful!Large, corner unit with spectacular views. The 3 secondary bedrooms could have dressers or additional storage for clothing etc. for a week’s stay. The dryer needs replacing. The patio door is extremely difficult to open/close. Loved the beach and water minus the jellyfish. Kids loved the pool and lazy river. We were able to see the turtle migration and the Sturgeon moon!

Perfect for my family had a few issues with some plumbing drains in bathroom sink and bathtub in master drained poorly and also dryer vent had to be blown out due to taking long to dry clothes and main issue were the flooring it was black on the floors which was on the bottom of socks and bare feet but I loved the amount of room my family had

It is a beautiful condo with amazing sunrises from almost all rooms. Lazy River, water slide and zero entry pool was perfect for the rough ocean days. I highly recommend it.

Exceeded our expectations!

Beautiful condo with massive balcony facing the ocean. Interior was even more beautiful in person and the beds were all very comfy. Our traveling party included a grandma, a family of 4, and 3 friends plus a toddler. We had more than enough room and everyone was very pleased with our condo. We definitely plan to return!!

Great stay. Couple things to adjust. Dryer takes a long time to dry clothes, and even longer for beach towels. Crock pot works but then would turn off, tried multiple outlets in kitchen. Whining fog horn sound in the plumbing anytime water is turned on.

Family time

It was a beautiful condo, however, it could have been cleaner. The stove top took a bit of work to get the black off. Underneath the beds were dirty with lots of dust and small particles. And the kitchen counters were sticky. But, we enjoyed the property itself and the amenities tremendously.

Charlie was wonderful to work with and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The condo was beautiful, spacious and well decorated! We had 2 families staying there ... 4 adults and 5 kids and had more than enough room. The parking garage on the 6th floor was so convenient. Elevators were quick when traveling up and down to the pool or beach. The kids loved the lazy river and slide. Overall wonderful experience and we’d love to come back!

Wonderful Vacation

We loved the location-close to everything and the beach was wonderful! There wasn't a pool outside really other than part of the lazy river, so I think that area is mostly for children, including the hot tub as well. My only complaint was how dirty everything was...it was obvious that showers had not been touched nor the ice machines or even floors. The beds looked like they had been cleaned at least. I received all kinds of emails before my stay, but when I sent the email about the room being dirty, while we were there, I have yet to get a response and I waited a few weeks just for good measure, so just beware that this could happen to you if you come. We loved it other than this and wouldn't keep us from going back, but would upset some so wanted to put it out there!

The front desk staff was polite and helpful during our stay and especially when we had a dead car battery the morning of checkout. The layout of the rooms was as described with adequate dishes in kitchen but only 5 small teaspoons for a condo that sleeps soooo many people. It also needed a better cleaning (puzzle pieces and playing cards easily visible under edges of furniture and dusting of lamps over the breakfast bar and decorations in bathroom covered in fuzzy dust. There was melted icecream (I think) dripped in the freezer. The bathroom has 2 sinks but they only supply one hand towel??? The major complaint was the pool security guard's attitude and the way that he talked to me. There is a right way and a wrong way of talking to the public and to seniors especially. He was disrespectful. Later several other guests stopped me to comment on his behavior.

Filthy floors!

This condo was spacious and well decorated. The floor was filthy. Within 10 minutes of our arrival, the children’s bare feet were black from walking on the floor. We reached out to the host to have someone come wet mop the floor and our message was ignored. I spent much of my time sweeping the entire condo, but it desperately needed to be mopped. Some light bulbs were burnt out and the dryer needs to be checked. There is an obvious problem with it. The dryer took hours to dry a small load of clothes. I would have loved to give a better review but, cleanliness means everything!

Great condo set up, needs some attention to the amenities

Condo location and set up is amazing. Plenty of space for multi-family and has room for everybody. Location is in the heart of everything and is a great complex. Parking on the same floor as your room was awesome and the pool and grills were great. However a few things do need to be addressed. 1. There are 3 coffee makers, one leaked everywhere, one was filthy and the Keurig that we had to rely on leaked some and wouldn’t seal but got the job done, although slow for 10 people. 2. The dryer needs to be worked on. Takes about 4 cycles to dry a small load of clothes. It’s not getting hot like it should and this was a real pain with 10 people staying for 9 days. 3. The bath towels are a joke. I know this is probably on the cleaning company but I’ve had better linens in $75/night Motel 6. Many of ours had holes in them and we only had enough for about 10 people. Had to wash 2 loads per day just to keep enough clean and only had 3 hand towels. Again not enough for a unit with 3 bathrooms and multiple sinks. Also not good with the dryer issues. 4. Kitchen: toaster does not work, skillets looked like a Dollar Tree purchase and were so scratched that we didn’t want to use them. Also the 8 Dollar General General Store plastic plates and cups are not enough for a unit that boasts to accommodate 14 people. Overall a really good place, just needs some attention the details, especially for the price.
