This was an incredible place to stay. Close to everything to see in Sedona. Large, comfortable, beautiful, and well equipped. Stunning views of Sugarloaf mountain right outside the windows and in a beautiful neighborhood. Sandy was great. Can’t say enough good things about it.

A great property! The views from the backyard were fantastic! We loved sitting outside and seeing the gorgeous red rocks. The house had everything we needed. Very comfortable. All the little touches were thought of. The owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the house, it was spotless clean, well stocked with essentials, lovely view on the patio, great beds. It was also very quiet and greatly located for trips to Jerome, Clarksdale, Verde Canyon RR and of course dining and shopping in Sedona. The Host was very helpful and extremely pleasant. Have recommended the house to several people.

This is one of the best VRBOs we've ever rented: spotless, well-stocked kitchen and baths, great location, shady patio with views of the mountains, comfortable beds and furniture. The comprehensive guest folder answered any questions that arose (bonus points for photos of the TV remotes and how to operate them!), plus offered area restaurants and sites that we took advantage of. Sandy is a great host and offered nice touches like the coffee/tea nook and ice in the freezer. We will definitelybe back!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The home was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming, and it made our stay relaxing from the moment we arrived. It’s close to hiking trails and the red rock views from the back porch were awesome. This house was exceptionally well stocked — from the kitchen essentials to the thoughtful little extras. I wish I could give more stars! This property was exactly as listed, extremely clean and very well stocked in the bathrooms and kitchen. It had everything we needed. We wish we could've spent more days here. The location was perfect!! And the views from the front and back yard are a huge bonus. The welcome book had SO much information and great recommendations. We loved our time in Sedona and will definitely stay here again when we return. 10/10 book it!
