We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location. Jim was an exceptional host. He was super prompt with his communication leading up to our trip and always available if we had any questions. We loved our time here and will definitely be back!

Located near everything Old Scottsdale has to offer, this listing was one of the cleanest we’ve had the pleasure of staying in bar none! The hosts provided everything we needed with their welcome pack, and even went above and beyond with a bottle of wine. Despite being a condo, it had plenty of room for two couples. The only watch out was the foot traffic noise but that is to be expected in a multistory condo and was never excessive. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

Jim and Carmelle's condo worked out great. They were great hosts. Condo location is perfect. The old Scotsdale area is great. I was hiking with a friend at the Grand Canyon and came back to the Phoenix area for a few more hikes before heading back home. Condo location was perfect. Great hikes and plenty of great restaurants in Old Scotsdale. All in all, a really great experience. Thanks Jim and Carmelle!

This was a very nice apartment. Very clean and spacious. We were disappointed that the washer and dryer were not in the unit and that you had to download an app to pay for it. They did work well, but we like them in the unit. The kitchen was well equipped, and we had all our meals in. The showers were wonderful.
