Welcome to Fairview Farmhouse, your private luxury mountain home nestled on five park-like acres. Step inside to a bright, modern space where 100-year-old hand-hewn Chestnut beams add historic charm. The main living room is perfect for relaxing by the Norwegian Jøtul wood-burning stove. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features a KitchenAid stainless steel gas stove and everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy at the dining table with seating for eight.

This home comfortably sleeps eight guests across three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The two full bathrooms feature high-end linens and towels, with one offering a luxurious standalone soaking tub.

I have worked and traveled all over the world (52 countries and counting) before having a family; and now I have taken them to many of my favorite places. But Fairview and Asheville have a special place in our hearts and we have been coming here for years.

Why they chose this property

This house has so much character and charm that we knew it was the one for us. It was built in the 1950's using hand-hewn logs from a cabin built in the 1850's! The A-frame design is so dramatic and the beautiful local stonework all seem to blend together into a perfect mix.

What makes this property unique

Explore the beautiful flat pasture, the bubbling stream, the pond and the hundreds of acres of woodlands behind the house up the mountainside. There is also a unique mud straw chapel that will delight the kids and leave you wondering why it is there!
Friendly hens provide fresh eggs and are fun to watch run around!
