Welcome to 3426 Villamare. The new owners have put a lot of time into making sure you have the very best in accommodations for your Hilton Head Island vacation. An all-new kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and new cabinetry filled with every amenity you can imagine in a kitchen. Brand new updated spa like bathrooms. All new heavenly comfort beds will make your stay even more relaxing and rejuvenating! New black out curtains so you can sleep in! A new pull-out couch, wood floors and so much more! You will be very happy with your accommodations at 3426 Villamare.

NEW VILLAMARE POOLS NOW OPEN becoming the Island's ONLY oceanfront complex with 3 pools! Villamare features heated (3/15 - 5/1 & 10/15 - 12/1**) Oceanfront Pool, New Oceanfront Adult Only Pool, Hot Tub & Kiddie Pool. There is also an Indoor Heated Pool (the only complex in PD to offer this feature), Hot Tub and Complete Fitness Center (16 and older) which is open every day 7:30am-5pm (unless otherwise posted on door). There is also an updated grilling area (near the pool) with 4 new propane grills for your use.

Palmetto Dunes consists of 3 golf courses, 3 miles of beautiful beach property, bike trails, a marina with shops and restaurants, an in-resort free shuttle to take you wherever you want to go. There is also the brand-new Shelter Cove Towne Centre with all types of shops, restaurants, a major grocery store and a linear park where they hold many festivals throughout the year. Another perk is the Dunes Buggy that operates from April - September that includes rides over to Shelter Cove where there are more restaurants, shopping, and activities to explore.

*For reservations of 3-13 days you will receive a $250 VayKLife Beach Gear Credit that will go toward items such as bikes, beach chairs and more. Stay 14-20 days receive $500 Credits and 21-day stays get $750 in credits. Stays longer than 22 nights do not receive gear credits, but we can give you a link so you can book directly with VayKLife. Any unused credits do not convert to cash and does not apply to your rental rate or final cost. No packing required, making your vacation a breeze! You will receive details once the reservation is confirmed.

Please be advised that from December 2025 through TBD April 2026, a beach renourishment project will be underway on the island. While this project will only impact small sections of the beach at any given time, we want to ensure you're aware of its occurrence. The town anticipates minimal disruption to individual properties during this period. On the bright side, this process can be fascinating to observe and will result in stunningly restored beaches once completed.
