Original plank wood floors, lots of preserved original details, coupled with modern amenities like a remodeled kitchen and bathroom. The upstairs is a large loft with a king bed. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The couch in the living room is two halves that are twin sized, if you need the extra space. The space is stocked with everything you may need.

Why they chose this property

I love the historic character and quality of properties from the past. The moment I saw this duplex, I fell in love with it. The original oak plank floors, the fireplace, the layout - it all spoke to me, and I just knew that I could create a superior rental experience here. After renting it out as a long term rental for a few years, and working out all the kinks, I approached a prominent local designer to help me create a unique short term rental unit. The result is perfect to me - I hope you feel the same way!

What makes this property unique

You will be hard pressed to find a more unique, stylish or comfortable place in Phoenix. Try me! :-)
