THIS listing is for the CONDO that is a TWO (2) BEDROOM.

The Hyatt Mountain Lodge is a premier property with an AMAZING LOCATION right in the heart of Beaver Creek Village!!! The condos are the ultimate in luxury. These beautiful condos have been professionally decorated and provide ski valet, and an on-site concierge.

The perfect location makes your ski week perfect! The Ski School, Ski lifts, shopping, ice skating rink, fire pits and great restaurants are all within the wonderful Beaver Creek village!

Enjoy the fabulous swimming pool & hot tubs for great Apres-Ski! If your in the mood for a movie, just reserve the media room for your own private use.

* Kitchen - Fridge, Microwave, Stove, fully stocked
* Master bedroom - king-size bed, cable TV, VCR, DVD, phone
* Master bath - two sinks, a big jetted bathtub, separate shower
* Second bedroom - 1 king or 2 singles, cable TV
* Living room - cable TV, VCR, stereo, a comfy queen-size pull-out sofa, 2 over-sized chairs, & a cozy fireplace.

Linens, towels, kitchen amenities, dishes, and barware are all included, plus there's a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit.

On-site wonderful ski shop/valet to keep your boots on warmers and all your gear properly stored safe and sound. The condo is ski in via the ski-way through the village and ski out by skiing down to the ELKHORN lift below or you can easily take the short walk and escalators over to the gondola and Centennial lift.

Please also note that much like most of the buildings in Beaver Creek, this unit does not have AC but its very cool in the evening and fans can be provided.

Also, note that there is a $35 daily resort fee and $35 daily parking fee payable direct to resort at end of stay.

Pictures are representative photos and property has construction through 2024 with new pool, hot tubs, fire pits etc, access to Park Hyatt will be given during construction for use of pools and amenities.

Perfect location

Great experience and perfect location! We enjoyed breakfast, hot tub and pool and being able to walk across the street to dinner and the mountain. We rented skis right next door and they stored them there overnight. Very easy to walk up to mountain and get kids to ski school. We will be back

Wonderful weekend getaway

We were blown away by the accommodations. Lots of room, comfy beds, amazing pool and hot tub. The summer season in Beaver Creek can’t be beat!

Great time in Beaver Creek

This is a nice, though fairly dated, unit in a good location right across the street and a short walk from BC village. The process was easy and the owner was responsive. We had a fantastic time and will be back.

Hyatt Mountain Lodge is great!

Easy access to the village and quick walk across street and up escalators to Centennial lift. Loved the first floor location as we had direct access to the heated pool and hot tubs! Unit was very clean, well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. Will definitely be returning!

Lovely and Peaceful!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy access to the village center, a modern, updated apartment, and amenities that made our stay beyond comfortable we’re a big part of how much we enjoyed ourselves. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and so did we. We didn’t find the close proximity to the pool to be at all bothersome… other guests were respectful and quiet when it was time to be. We would love to go back someday!

Beaver Creek

The host phoned us to let us know that our accommodations had changed so we were actually at the Park Hyatt Vacation Club rentals although I am sure I am not naming it correctly. It was perfect. The suite was beautiful and we had access to the Hyatt Mountain Lodge pool as the one at the Park Hyatt was under construction. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

July Stay

We have stayed at several other places in BC - this location is awesome!! Our boys loved the pool and hot tubs. The staff was so friendly and helpful !! We never used the media room, but we checked out several DVDs that the front desk had. It did get really hot the week we were there, so some nights we had a hard time cooling down our room. But that was just due to weather. Great place !

Close and convenient

It took us a couple of days to figure out how to maintain desired temperatures by leaving windows cracked open (it was 19 at night). Loved that two humidifiers were in the unit since we come from the high humidity Southeastern U.S. Parking spaces are TIGHT in large SUVs (we had a Grand Wagoneer) but plentiful. This property will always be on our short list for future bookings.

Enjoyable, quiet visit in early June

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Mountain Lodge. Beaver Creek was quiet in early June, some restaurants and activities not yet open for the summer. But the unit and lodge were nice, the location was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We used the exercise room multiple times, the media room to watch a movie, and sat in one of the hot tubs. The unit had two bedrooms, one was a master with larger bathroom, the other good for two children or young adults. The kitchen was stocked with silverware, pots, pans, etc, and we cooked a couple meals in.

Beautiful week in Beaver Creek

Our family of three enjoyed our stay at this condo. Owner was very easy to work with. Building staff is friendly and helpful. Really nice to have complimentary breakfast bar in the lobby. Parking below is convenient. Condo itself had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean, quiet with a nice view. Kitchen very organized and had everything needed to cook a meal. Loved that this condo was bright and sunny. Workout room was clean and convenient. Boys enjoyed hot tub after skiing and pool looked great. Location is very convenient. Would definitely love to stay in this unit again.

Great Winter Getaway

A great winter getaway! The condo was perfect for my family of 4. Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout. Check in was seamless, free underground parking is a huge plus. We did not access the Elkhorn lift via the walkway/skiway; instead, we walked approximately 5-10 minutes through the village to ski school drop off or the Centennial lift. We ate breakfast in lobby every morning (waffle maker, breads, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereals) and made dinner almost every night in the condo. Ski valet was super convenient. The kitchen is small but sufficient; of note it does not include PAM or cooking oil. The hot tubs are viewable from the deck, so we could easily police my kids from the comfort of our balcony. 15” of snow and 3 amazing ski days— we highly recommend!!

Beaver Creek 2023

We had a great stay at HML. The condo is close to everything so that you wouldn’t need a car but we did appreciate having one and the garage access in the condo was easy. The kitchen was a little small and we wouldn’t have wanted to try to cook large meals (no cutting board, for instance), but it had most of the essentials and we ordered or ate out most meals anyway. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was amazing. Pool and hot tubs were wonderful as was the ski storage service. Condo is a short walk to slopes but escalators made it easy. Only small suggestion would be some added hooks for hanging gear. We also found that the unit got very warm during the day despite the fact that we had the heat turned off. Not sure if it was the sun coming in or heat from the units below. Not an issue overnight and we simply cracked a window for a bit to cool it down when we returned from a day on the slopes. Communication with the manager was excellent and there were other nice touches such as starter packs of detergent and some toiletries. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great ski condo near it all in Beaver Creek

Our family of 5 spend New Year's week here. The condo was very clean, with updated kitchen, baths, furniture and comfortable beds (even the sofa pull out!) We had a ground floor unit which was great as it was close to the lobby and we walked right out to the hot tub/pool area. The unit's living/dining space was a bit smaller than expected. The dining table is folded up, but folds out to seat 6 people. It wasn't an issue for us because we ate out most meals, but the space would have been tight if we extended the table. Also, our unit had one less lounge chair in the living room than depicted. The location in Beaver Creek is great! A 5 min walk up through the village (there are escalators) to the main Centennial lift. Or you can ski out through the back (garage) to the Elkhorn lift and ski in from the Strawberry lift. The ski valet was awesome.. super helpful and never any lines to get your gear. The staff at the HML were awesome too ... always friendly and immediately responded to any inquiries or requests. Great continental breakfast each morning and yummy cookies on our arrrival (Saturdays only!) Lastly, Michelle and Kristin were both super helpful and responsive in booking the condo and answered my many questions about the unit and Beaver Creek leading up to our vacation. I would 100% stay at Hyatt Mountain Lodge again! Great vacation!
