Beautiful apartment completely renovated end of 2016.
This rental is located in a small residence on the 2nd floor with elevator, facing south with sea and on the Fort Square, it offers a three-room 85mÂČ with a terrace.

The room of life of 35m ÂČ gives you an open kitchen (American) on the corner meal and the living room with three picture windows.

(1) room of 13m ÂČ air-conditioned with a bed 160X200 big comfort, (Possibility 2 beds 80X200), a big cupboard, a chest of drawers, television, bedside tables. Adjoining this room a dressing room with washing machine and a toilet.

(2) air conditioned 11sqm room with a comfort 140x200 Bz, closet, dresser.

beautiful spacious property

This property was the best one we have ever stayed at it has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable, great balcony to sit and watch the world go by, it has a local shop and bakery within walking distance, our only issue it was a 15 to 20 minute walk into town if you are younger then there is no problem, Claude and his wife were perfect hosts, one small issue which was sorted immediately.

First Rate Apartment

My wife and I have travelled to Antibes for the last 18 years (bar pandemic years) and have stayed in many different apartments but none exceed the quality of this apartment. It is spacious, airy and very comfortable with everything you need. It has a wraparound balcony which captured the sun all day long. It’s location to the main town is about a 10-to-15-minute walk which was ideal for us. The owner, Claude Juan and his wife are the ideal hosts. Claude gave us a warm welcome and contacted us via WhatsApp a couple of ties during our stay making sure everything was perfect and made suggestions of places to see as we had driven to the resort so was able to travel around the area. Claude also provided gated secure parking. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay.

Wir (4 Personen) haben die Wohnung fĂŒr zwei Wochen gemietet. Claude und Annie sind herrvoragende, aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation vor, wĂ€hrend und nach der Mietzeit war top. Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach großartig: sauber, gut ausgestattet und alles, was man braucht, ist vor Ort. Besonders angenehm ist die Klimatisierung, die fĂŒr einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sorgt. Trotz der Lage an der Straße ist es sehr ruhig, da die Fenster doppelt verglast sind. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, und das Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis ist absolut fair. Insgesamt kann ich diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen!

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig, hell und bestens ausgestattet. Die KĂŒche lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche ĂŒbrig! Das Auto kann man auf einem abgesperrten Parkplatz abstellen. Besonders wichtig waren die Klimaanlagen, die bei der Hitze eine angenehme Temperatur schafften. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war bestens, schnell und unkompliziert; bei Fragen stand er uns per whatsapp immer zur VerfĂŒgung. Altstadt von Antibes und Strand sind etwas 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, dafĂŒr kann man das Auto oder den öffentlichen Bus nutzen (1,50 € pro Person), der unmittelbar vor dem Haus hĂ€lt. Ein gelungener Urlaub, die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Fantastisches Appartement, fantastische Gastgeber

Wir waren vom Appartement sehr begeistert. Es war sauber und alle Dinge fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Gebrauch waren vorhanden. Die KĂŒche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat nichts gefehlt. Die viel befahrene Straße vor der HaustĂŒr hat man dank der doppelten Fenster nicht gehört. Dank der Klimaanlagen in allen RĂ€umen war ein erholsamer Schlaf möglich. Den nĂ€chsten Strand und die Altstadt von Antibes haben wir in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Wir haben aber auch andere sehr schöne StrĂ€nde in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen können. GĂŒnstige ParkplĂ€tze sind direkt am Strand vorhanden, man muss aber mit kurzen Wartezeiten rechnen. Die NachbarstĂ€dte Nizza und Cannes sind sehr gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber Monsieur und Madame Juan waren Ă€ußerst hilfsbereit und standen uns jederzeit bei Fragen oder mit Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge zur VerfĂŒgung. Wir wĂŒrden ohne Bedenken wieder unseren Urlaub bei Ihnen verbringen!

Relaxing Antibes Condo

Property was spotless, well equipped and full of light. Claude and Annie could not have been nicer. It is a good 20 minute walk from the center of town, but easily accessible by bus; close to the train station. Boulangerie and grocery a 3 minute walk. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy Antibes and surrounding cities!

L’appartement est conforme Ă  l’annonce mĂȘme mieux. Il est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ© (surtout la vaisselle et accessoires de cuisine), trĂšs spacieux, et pratique avec un bĂ©bĂ© de 17 mois. La prĂ©sence des climatiseurs et d’un parking privĂ© sont apprĂ©ciables. Vous serez Ă  10 min Ă  pied de la mer et 10-15 min du centre ville. Pour y trouver un bĂ©mol, ça serait la localisation en bord d’une avenue passante

Appartement trÚs appréciable

Appartement lumineux, spacieux, chaleureux, trĂšs propre, fonctionnel, et hyper sĂ©curisĂ©. La circulation assez dense de la rue de Nice est rapidement oubliĂ©e une fois les doubles baies-vitrĂ©es fermĂ©es. Ces mĂȘmes baies-vitrĂ©es apportent beaucoup de lumiĂšre... ainsi que de la chaleur mais les climatiseurs dans les chambres et la piĂšce Ă  vivre font rapidement effet. Le fait de disposer d’un parking privĂ© Ă©galement sĂ©curisĂ© est un vrai plus, d’autant que la proximitĂ© de la gare nous a permis de prendre le train ou le bus pour la plupart de nos trajets. Cerise sur le gĂąteau, le propriĂ©taire se montre disponible et de bon conseil en toute circonstance.

Superbe logement idéalement situé

SituĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© des transports en commun (bus et train), le logement nous a permis de profitĂ© pleinement de la CĂŽte d’Azur. La Ligne de train dessert toutes les grandes villes de la cĂŽte (Monaco, Nice, Menton, Cannes....) rapidement et Ă  bas prix ce qui permet de voyager facilement ! Le logement est d’une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable, bien Ă©quipĂ© (lave-vaisselle, machine Ă  laver..) et agrĂ©able Ă  vivre avec la climatisation dans tout l’appartement ainsi qu’une terrasse ensoleillĂ©e. Pour les sorties plages, la plage de la Gravette en centre ville se fait facilement Ă  pied, pour se rendre sur les plages de Juan les Pins nous avons emprunter le train ( trajet de deux minutes) puis 5 minutes de marche et nous nous retrouvons sur les plages ! Dans le vieil Antibes, accessible Ă  pied, nous avons pu profiter des restaurants, des petites boutiques, du port et d’animations chaque soir dans les rues. En rĂ©sumĂ©, nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour parfait et ensoleillĂ©, tout est rĂ©uni pour se dĂ©tendre et passer des vacances au top !

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Antibes

Vielen Dank an den Vermieter, Monsieur Juan. Wir waren im Hochsommer mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (9 und 6) Jahre in dieser Wohnung. Die Kontaktaufnahme gestaltete sich unkompliziert ĂŒber WhatsApp/Email/SMS. Monsieur Juan antwortete immer umgehend und ausfĂŒhrlich. Er spricht zwar kein Deutsch, aber mit dem Google Translator klappte alles hervorragend. Die Wohnung wurde grĂŒndlich gesĂ€ubert und desinfiziert an uns ĂŒbergeben. Sie befindet sich im 2. Stock und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen Aufzug sowie eine Alarmanlage. Die Klimaanlage ist leistungsstark, so dass wir auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen immer angenehm kĂŒhle RĂ€ume vorfanden. Die Wohnung ist mit tatsĂ€chlich allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die KĂŒche mit modernem Induktionskochfeld hat inklusive GewĂŒrzen, Öl, Putzmittel, Kaffefiltern etc. ebenfalls alles, was man braucht. Zu Fuß erreicht man einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine BĂ€ckerei in 2Minuten. Man kann das Auto getrost auf dem umzĂ€unten Parkplatz, der zum Haus gehört, stehen lassen. Die Altstadt von Antibes haben wir mit Kindern zu Fuß in ca. 30Minuten erreicht. Das ist tatsĂ€chlich schon etwas aufwĂ€ndiger. Zum Strand sind wir nach Juan-les-Pins gefahren, der fĂŒr Kinder schöner als der kleinere "de la Gravette" ist. DafĂŒr sind wir immer vom 700m entfernten Busbahhof mit der Linie A gefahren - unkompliziert und gĂŒnstig. Die AbschlussĂŒbergabe war wieder völlig problemlos. Wir können die Wohnung besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

TrÚs bon séjour. Les propriétaires sont trÚs avenants et remplis d attention.

Outre le lieu, Antibes, qui mérite le détour, l appartement est idéalement placé prÚs du fort carré et de sa plage. Pas loin du vieil Antibes, du port Vauban et de toutes les commodités. De plus, il est trÚs bien équipé et nous avons passé un agréable séjour sans aucun inconvénient. Une adresse que nous conservons.
