1 Bedroom with 1 King bed, Jacuzzi tub, full bath and balcony access. Living room has beautiful leather furniture (including a Queen size sofa sleeper), gas fireplace and balcony access. Full kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer and 2nd full bath. Other amenities: BBQ grill, swimming pool, hot-tub, outdoor children s play area, game room, 9-hole mini-golf. WATER PARK TICKETS included with rental of unit for number of guests, max of 4. Onsite restaurant and mini-market. Trolley access to downtown Gatlinburg. Conveniently located to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Mountain Views.
* Conveniently located between Gatlinburg Downtown and Pigeon Forge with tons of trails just a short car ride away.
* shuttle buses are available from the resort to downtown Gatlinburg and from the Visitor's Center in Gatlinburg to Pigeon Forge

We had a great stay at Gatlinburg. Rooms were great. Owner was fantastic and was able to get us the week we wonted when no one else could .
