🗻🥾🎣☀️Kenai peninsula of Alaska family vacation 2024!

This was the perfect location for our family to spend the week. We enjoyed the space to cook family meals, play games and enjoy the hot tub with breath taking views. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and we enjoyed canoeing the lake across the street.

Fabulous!!!

We were blown away with this clean, well stocked house. Everything was perfect and easy. We are warm and comfortable as we cooked and recovered from our outings and enjoyed the easy walks by the lake. Laundry, hot tub, grill… we used them all and carried the bear spray on our walks. I can’t say enough good about this wonderful home

Mountain peaks sunrise spectacular

The Mountain View’s and sunrises were breathtaking! The hot tub is located in the ideal place to watch the sunrise and see the glistening lake! The house is spacious and had the comforts of home. Enjoyed Seward, Whittier, and Kenai, Portage! Hiking galore! Activity is an hour or more away such as fishing, glaciers, boat tours, wild life, etc!

Awesome place

GREAT place to chill out after fishing in Seward all day. Great option versus paying the same amount for a hotel in Seward that does not offer the relaxation, the hot tub and grilling out and eating the fish you caught that day. Gary was a superb host. He is very knowledgeable about the surrounding location and history of Moose Pass and Seward. We would rent this place again on our next fishing trip.

Loved every minute

Beautiful cottage, very well furnished kitchen. The owner was very responsive with a water issue we had once while staying there. Resolved in less than 30 minutes. Waking up to the wonderful views of the snow capped mountains and the lake in front was simply breathtaking every morning. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this cottage again. Great WiFi. Can’t say the same for the rest of the state. Good central location for activities in the Kenai peninsula (with vehicle). Grocery store of Moose Pass within 1 mile.

One of the best cabins I've ever stayed in!

First of all - the VIEW. We literally gasped! The cabin was spacious, extremely clean, well appointed with comfortable furniture (the beds were FANTASTIC), and they had the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen at a rental. Communication with the owner was quick and easy and they were extremely helpful/ had great local advice. There is a great little walk down to the lake too that we all really enjoyed. If I find myself in this area again I know exactly where I'll be staying!

Absolutely Beautiful

This home was beautiful and the location was perfect for us. It has a beautiful view of the mountains and water. It is only 30 minutes from Seward, close to Exit Glacier which we really enjoyed and close to the Alaska Wilderness Conservation Center. They provided so many amenities that we have had to purchase when staying at other rentals such as paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, body wash, condiments, etc. We had a great time staying here and would love to return some day.

Life-long Alaskans. We love Alaska, and look forward to sharing our special piece of Alaskan heaven with you.

Why they chose this property

The Kenai Peninsula has it all - mountains, rivers, lakes, ocean, glaciers, wildlife -everything you've come to Alaska to see and do. Grew-up camping, hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, rafting, canoeing, skiing on the Kenai. These chalets were our favorite winter get-away on the Kenai - so we bought them.

What makes this property unique

There is no comparable property on the Eastern Kenai that we've found. The location is awesomely beautiful- overlooking Trail Lake, surrounded by incredible mountains. And it's all right outside the picture windows. The chalets are constructed to take advantage of the location, and are well appointed and beautifully decorated. The hot tubs are a bonus, and the privacy means you'll have peace and quiet if you want it.
