- Fully-equipped kitchen
- 1 cabin (Cranberry Cabin) sleeps 2 and is available for an additional $51.50 per night.

Our Master Suite has a king size bed, sitting area, Smart TV with DVD/Blue Ray player, a collection of DVDs, and and an ensuite bathroom. Wake-up to a glorious view of Kenai Lake!

The additional bedroom has one queen bed and one full bed and access to the second bathroom.

There is also a separate cabin available that sleeps 2 people with a queen size bed. The cabin has electricity, no running water, and a lake and mountain view.

This was an amazing property! The description does not do it justice. The view was phenomenal. The homemade cookies and supplies at the house were above our expectations! Sylve thought of everything you could need when stocking the house. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area! It was a phenomenal experience and the best place we’ve stayed! It definitely made our stay in Alaska wonderful!

This is a hidden gem! Serenity meets relaxation here in a cozy spacious cottage! Our family absolutely loved the stay and the setup at the lake put the icing on the cake! The beds were very comfortable, house was furnished with everything you’ll need, including an ice chest to store our packaged fish! Thank you so much for sharing this gem!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sylve’s cozy lake house. First thing you notice when you walk into the living room and master bedroom is the big window overlooking the lake and mountains. We had a wonderful time enjoying the property, my favorite being the chairs and fire pit down by the lake. The beds were nice a comfortable and the shades provided the darkness to get a great night sleep! I would stay here again and again! Thank you for making our first trip to Alaska that much more amazing!

We had a wonderful time at Kenai Lake house.! Our host was so helpful and responsive to our questions. We were very happy to cook in the well stocked kitchen. The views of the lake and mountains were stunning from inside and while walking along the lake. The location was perfect for a base as we explored the area. After our adventurous days we slept deeply in our comfortable beds!

This place was spectacular! Definitely a highlight of our 10-day Alaska trip with our two adult sons. We lucked out with great weather and were able to fully enjoy the property/grounds/lake access and all of the amenities. Sylve was a very generous host and the property just exudes a special vibe of from the moment you walk through the door. The location was fantastic for all of our outings but honestly we were happy to have a slow day with no outings because the place is perfect for relaxation and becoming centered again. Thanks again!

Sylve is AMAZING. I travel fairly often with my family and Sylve and her beautiful home far surpassed any host experience I've had thus far. The home was everything that was described, plus more. We arrived to the home for our stay and were greeted with freshly baked homemade chocolate chip cookies. Wow. We also accidentally forgot a souvenier from our stay and Sylve personally took the time to mail us back the item. Extra wow. Sylve's communication was beyond excellent, she was on top of every single detail and fantastically communicative and responsive. Her home felt cozy and inviting, it was clean and well-cared for. You could feel the love and care from the moment you stepped into the door. We would love so much to come back and visit Sylve and her wonderful Kenai lake home again. Thank you, Sylve. We've made wonderful memories and had a perfect experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kenai Lake House. Everything was as stated, host was excellent and views were fantastic. The house was centrally located in Cooper Landing between Sodoltna and Seward, both places we like to visit and fish at. Thanks for a great time Sylve!

The Kenai Lake House has been in the family since 1974 and now you have the unique opportunity to spend your vacation in this magical location! It's a short walk on our private path to Kenai Lake beach. You can also enjoy mountain and lake views while relaxing in the house with a good book. Whether you need a quiet retreat from the crowds or a private base camp for your adventures, our lakefront house is the place for you.
