A nice getaway.

Condo was clean and as the pictures showed. Location was great. Pools and hot tub were clean and warm. There is plenty of dishes, bedding and towels for an extended stay. The residents or other renters were older and quiet. The unit is perfect for 2 people, tight for 3 and would be cramped for 4.

Ideal Scottsdale Location!

This condo is perfectly located in the complex and in Scottsdale. I was able to walk the canal every morning. We could walk to the grocery store, Safeway, in under 15 minutes. There is a wonderful homey, reasonable restaurant, Randy's, by Safeway. We also walked to 2 nearby restaurants for Happy Hour and to the Fashion Square Mall .We enjoyed the pools and hot tub. The people we met were super friendly. It was a great escape from the cold.

Beautiful location and very relaxing!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Comfortable, relaxing and situated in a very quiet area of the property. We sat on the patio for our morning coffee and even had a few lunches out there and the view was very nice. Just a few steps from both pools, grills, and laundry areas. We had a washer and dryer in our condo which was very convenient. The people we met on the property were very nice and welcoming. We were just minutes away from restaurants, shopping of all kinds and ballparks. We are looking forward to coming back in 2023!

Oasis off S’dale Rd

Perfect location.. a block away from Scottsdale Rd ( but you don’t get the noise), backed up to the canal walking/biking paths, easy access to 101. The owners have a flair for decorating it so it never feels like a motel room— very comfortable & inviting. They do their best to remove all the potential hassles that could be an obstacle to enjoying Scottsdale. We thought it was the best place we’ve ever stayed at, and we’ve been coming to various places in Phoenix/Scottsdale since 1989. Hope we can get it again next winter!

Great location and a very nice unit.

The owner sent us e-mail instructions for check in a we arrived at the Condo and use the combinations to enter the premises. The Condo was clean and in good shape, it looks exactly like the pictures. It’s a very nice location in the complex with a nice patio with a view of the pool and open area. There is a great walking path just a few yards from the parking lot that follows the Canal system which will take you to Old Scottsdale where there are plenty of trendy restaurants and shopping. It very nice place.

Really liked the complex

The landscaping is beautiful. Tenents and visitors seemed to be an older crowd who were very friendly and quiet. The heated pools in February were wonderful.

Bright, clean and comfortable — and a great location!

Had a terrific getaway at this Old Town Scottsdale gem. The space was beautifully decorated, had tons of natural light and featured smart TVs throughout — not to mention an addictive heated pool and jacuzzi that we indulged in every night. Best of all, the place was centrally located — mere minutes from tons of great restaurants, galleries, shops, parks and most local attractions. Will definitely rent this place again next year!
