Perfect Location

This unit is in the perfect location and beautifully decorated! A short walk to the beach, Dunes House and all the amenities within Palmetto Dunes. Absolutely Loved our stay!! A+++

HHI 2019

We had a wonderful time in your place. It was clean and so homey. This is our second stay at this location. We appreciate the fact that it is pet friendly and we are able to bring our dogs along for vacation. Thanks for sharing your wonderful property with us

Nice condo, comfortable beds, great location to beach and Dune House. View is of parking lot and other villas. Little insulation between floors, so you hear every step upstairs. Sliders need to be replaced—one in guest bedroom inoperable. Decks very dirty, peeling paint.

Vacation Time

Hilton Head in October: no better place, no better time. We have stayed in The Moorings for many years now. As we are getting older with an old dog, we found 83-84 to be perfect. First floor with everything we needed. Short walk to the oceanfront. The Dunes house is an added benefit whether or not you need snacks, drinks, lunch or a bathroom. Covid changed a few things for us. We ate very few meals out and did less shopping. We were very grateful to have such a comfortable place in which to spend our vacation.

Spring break

We have stayed at several of the moorings units over the past 20 years. This unit has some nice updates and you absolutely can not beat the location relative to the beach. However the master bedroom mattress is in very bad shape. It actually sinks in. When you are on vacation to rest and rejuvenate a bad mattress is really disappointing. Even though our check out time was 10 am, our code on the front door was erased at 8:30 am. Not fun.

Thank you for letting us know about the mattress - we will address with the owner and replace if needed and we will look into the door code as well. The locks are electronic, so if the timing is off, we can reset the lock.

Second trip to this particular rental. Beautifully laid out. Had all the amenities you could need. Perfect for our family and our two dogs.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Very beachy and updated. Great stay for our family including our dogs. Walks on the beach and of course meals at the Dune House. Our second stay at the Moorings complex and we loved it again. Thank you!
