The wonderful screened-in pool area, with lounge chairs, has a gas grill. Beautifully decorated, the home is just a short walk to a deeded beach access. The expansive porches offer 180-degree gulf views from the top floor. Enjoy stunning sunsets with privacy.

Inside, the open living area is inviting and bright, with lots of seating. The fully stocked kitchen is a cook's delight with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinets.

The home sleeps 12 and has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, including two large primary bedrooms, kings. Each with a private bath and includes a walk-in shower and double vanity. A kid's den is ideal for watching TV and movies.

Couldn’t ask for a better place just to relax and go see the sites had a lot of things close by to visit and see close to the beach to go out there and then just enjoy the pool beautiful place. Highly recommend anybody renting this place. Quiet neighborhood just very enjoyable.

Great stay at the Good Life At the C

The carriage house was great for my daughter , son in law and grand children. They had their own space but still able to join the activities in the main house and pool. Clean accommodations. Good location. We received timely responses to questions before and during the stay.

October 2019 Stay

What a lovely place! Spent the weekend with the man squad, and for 7 of the most delicate ginger lovin Georgia boys, we couldn’t have asked for more. Plenty of room for activities, the pool was nice and wet and the A/C kept us cool on those long hot days. Great restaurants nearby and beautiful views from the roof.

Good value

We usually like being closer to beach but being October didn’t plan on swimming. The house is large and the carriage house is great. It is like a small house.

Good Life at the C

Entire family enjoyed our stay. Photos are a true representation of the homes. Having 2 separate homes allowed more room and privacy for separate families. The kiddos loved having a pool while staying at the home. This is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac so the kids had opportunity to ride their bikes. We were only a short walk to the beach. We had a couple of issues while staying there, but found the managers to be responsive and very professional. No complaints! Will definitely stay again!

A hidden treasure

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice. Being without ocean front was disappointing, but we knew this in going in, but I can say the location was awesome because even being right there within the community you were still in a little secluded private location. No on thru traffic either. We was un able to get speakers to work outside, a little wear and tear here and there. But overall beds were comfy and amenities were good quality. We were satisfied and would come back.

2019 Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I liked the location of the unit, the space and the house was roomy for 8 adults, 3 children and 1 baby.However several items were incomplete or not working.Blender, toilet paper dispensers fell off wall(2), 3 screens missing in the screened in porch, pool light burnt out.

August 2019 Stay

Well, when we first arrived on Saturday, the pool was completely green and unusable. We contacted the owner and they said they couldn't get anyone out there until Sunday. He did show up and treated the pool and said we should be able to use it on Monday. That didn't happen. He came back Monday and was shocked that the pool was still green. He treated it again, and said for sure we could use it later in the day. It did finally clear up but when my grand daughter used it that evening it burnt her eyes due to the chemicals. Needless to say we we very unhappy about this situation. It was extremely hot all week and for three days we were without the use of the pool. This was one of the main reasons we booked this house. The only other issue occurred later in the week when fire ants invaded the carriage house bathroom on Friday and Saturday morning. Too bad, because we really loved the house and the proximity to the beach, but these two situations put a damper on an otherwise great vacation.

Family Summer vacation

We had a great time and the property absolutely met our needs. The property manager was very responsive. When we showed up, the pool was not clean, several broken items at the house (expected at the end of the Summer season), but it was not cleaned that well. Two of our bikes, the chains fell off. Within 12 hours, the pool was cleaned and good to go, the bikes tightened and WD-40 and fixed, and the broken items were noted. Code on the carriage house worked once and then didn’t after that, so we got a new code for it. Again, immediate response to that issue. Our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Exactly what we were looking for!

Property was very nice. Other than a couple cosmetic issues and some issues with the lock, that ended up being my issue, the property was great. The pool was large and clean and the upper deck was where we spent every evening. Beds were comfortable and having our kids in the carriage house, and the adults in the main house made it seem like much of the time we were on vacation by ourselves. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a beach trip like never before. With covid no eating out/shopping. LOTS of sunshine, beach and pool time. We went with friends/kids. Plenty of space for everyone. We had an excellent time!

great home for larger families

This house was everything our family needed to make our trip perfect. We had multiple families stay and everyone had their own space. We drove to the deeded beach daily to make unloading all of our things a little easier, we planned on renting chairs/umbrellas but the beach service that is contracted was completely booked. I’ve never had that happen before so it was a slight mishap but we got over it quickly once we were on the beach having fun! The beach access was way less crowded than other places I’ve stayed on 30A which was nice. The house was very clean and had GREAT amenities, definitely more to offer than we thought. Loved having the bikes included, we had to call the bike company to address some maintenance issues with the bikes but after they were great. Only thing is maybe for the pool company to leave a skim net as the entire yard is pine straw and even when you shower off it still gets into the pool. We will 100% consider staying here again in the future. Thanks for a great vacation!

Code to get into house

I never received the code to get into the property. I had to scramble when we arrived at the airport to contact the emergency # since it was around 10:30pm at night. I was contacted promptly and given the number to get into the house and they allowed us an additional 4 hours on Sunday due to the late flight. My grandchildren were able to take a nap because we were allowed the additional four hours. Thanks for a great vacation and trip. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely setting. Private and separated from the neighboring homes. Both houses had up to date furnishings and elegant kitchens and bathrooms. Great mattresses on all beds. The pool was lovely. The walk to the beach was about two short blocks. There is a wide shoulder on the road 30 A to park your car to unload and drive back home. A path and wooden steps then lead you to the most beautiful white sand and clear blue water beach I have ever seen. The rental company was spot on to any of our needs.
