First off, it is not 5 mins to the strip!!!! We chose this listing based on the description of its location in the listing title! It’s 10 mins to Fremont St and more like 20 mins to the strip. Not happy about the misleading information about how close it was. We spent a ton of money just on ride fees due to the incorrect information. We could have booked a rental for cheaper and truly closer if we had not been mislead by the tile and description…. The listing also states it sleep up to 14 guest. Also NOT TRUE! We were a party of 6 and everyone that came agrees there is No way that 14 could possibly sleep and only maybe 12 if two people are on the couch two people on the futon (pretty small futon) and 1 person on the cot bed that’s stored In one of the closets. Also beware if you try and book this property for a large group! This host tried to charge an additional fee after 4 people which is not Explicitly stated before booking your reservation! The pool is old and worn out and only about half way full about 2.5 ft of water. We were only there for a weekend so it’s was ok for our trip purposes. Also the host did leave water and half gallon of milk in the fridge for us and fresh bananas on the table! That was a nice of them. The house is nice and is bigger than it looks from the outside. Some parking on the street and enough space for a medium sized car inside the year behind the gate. I don’t know that I would chose this location again for a strip visit.
